Objective:The present study from sulfur fumigation process screening, effective component content determination, fingerprint, SO2residues, heavy metals and pesticide residues and so on sulfur fumigation of Achyranthes bidentata and fresh from different habitats of Achyranthes bidentata slices has done quality evaluation, and discusses the sulfur fumigation effects on Achyranthes bidentata Blume medicinal ingredients, with a view to Sulphur Fumigation of fresh radix and different areas of effective composition content of Achyranthes bidentata slices to make objective assessment.Methods:1. Through the HPLC method, in order to ecdysterone as an index, screening the optimum processing conditions of Sulphur Fumigation of fresh Achyranthes bidentata;2. Through the HPLC method, determining whether Sulphur Fumigation having effect on oleanolic acid;3.Through the HPLC method, determining the contents of effective components in different habitats of Achyranthes bidentata ecdysterone and oleanolic acid;4. Through the HPLC method to establish different origin of Achyranthes bidentata slices and optimum sulfur fumigation process of Achyranthes bidentata slices of fresh fingerprints;5.Through acid distillation titration method, determining of different origin of Achyranthes bidentata slices and optimum Sulphur Fumigation of fresh radix pieces of SO2residues;6.By graphite furnace method and fluorescence method, determining of different origin of Achyranthes bidentata slices and optimum Sulphur Fumigation of fresh radix pieces of the contents of heavy metals in;7.Using gas chromatography, determination of different origin of Achyranthes bidentata slices and optimum sulfur fumigation pesticide residues in fresh pieces of content of Achyranthes bidentata.Results:1.In order to ecdysterone as an index, screening of Sulphur Fumigation of Achyranthes bidentata after the best processing technology conditions;2. Determining of the fresh of Achyranthes bidentata by sulfur fumigation, the components of oleanolic acid content effect;3. Determining of different origin of oleanolic acid in Achyranthes bidentata slices of ecdysterone on content, the results showed that Henan Wuzhi produced Achyranthes bidentata oleanolic acid in high content of ecdysterone;4. Establishing of different origin of Achyranthes bidentata slices and optimum sulfur fumigation of Achyranthes bidentata slices of fresh fingerprints;5. The purchase of the9batch of Achyranthes bidentata pieces has been sulphur fumigated, SO2average content is428.4u g/g, exceeded the State Food and Drug Administration formulation of traditional Chinese medicine and sulfur dioxide residue limits of400ug/g, which is not in conformity with the requirements, and long-term consumption, can also cause liver, kidney toxicity;6. Of heavy metal residue tests, sulfur fumigation of Achyranthes bidentata and no fumigation of Achyranthes bidentata determined different level measure of heavy metals and pesticide residues, but are in the scope of state regulations.Conclusion:Through the effective component content determination, SO2residues and heavy metal residues determination, as well as the establishment of the different origin of Achyranthes bidentata slices and the optimum process of Sulphur Fumigation of fresh radix pieces fingerprinting, sulfur fumigation of Achyranthes bidentata screening the best processing technology, and quality evaluation of Achyranthes bidentata slices and safety use were provided.
