Objective:To study the E6, E7protein, CCL20, LC in type HPV16infection in cervical lesions to the expression, of type HPV16infection in cervical lesions in E6, E7protein, CCL20, LC (LANGE Hans cells) the correlation between the threeMethod:Immunohistochemistry Assay for detection of E6protein, E7, LC, CCL20in type HPV16infection in normal cervix and cervical lesions in expression level, use SPSS software to analyze the correlation.Results:1normal cervical group HPV(-), normal cervical group HPV (+), CINI-CINII group, CINIII group of cervical carcinoma in situ, group in each high power field average number of LC cells respectively:22.89+4.84,13.7+2.26,9.2+1.68,5.9+1.59as well as5.5+1.58, single factor analysis of variance, there is F=68.632, P<0.001.So it can be concluded that the5groups the experimental group had obvious difference in cell number.Use S-N-K method two two, in addition to cervical cancer and CIN-Ⅲ between overall mean differences were not statistically significant, the rest of the two groups had statistical significance of population mean.Cervical cancer group in LC cells of the average number of minimum behind it are CIN-Ⅲ, CINI-11, HPV+, and HPV-.The largest HPV-group.2、In normal cervix and cervical lesions, chemotactic factor CCL20 in normal cervical group (without HPV infection), normal cervical group (HPV infection), CINI-CINII group, CINIII group and cervical carcinoma in situ infiltrating carcinoma group in the positive rate is respectively:70%,60%,60%,15.38%,13.33%overall, between the groups there was significant difference (P<0.05); normal cervix and the positive expression rate of CINI-CINII group and CINIII-in situ carcinoma and cervical invasion cancer group positive expression rate was no significant difference (P>0.05), while the normal cervix and cervical group, normal cervical group and CINIII carcinoma in situ group, CINI-CINII group and cervical cancer group, CINI-CINII group and CINIII-in situ cancer group were significantly different (P<0.05).3、HPV16infection in normal cervix and cervical lesions in normal cervix, E7protein positive expression rate of20%, in the CINI-CINII group, CINIII group and cervical carcinoma in situ infiltrating carcinoma group in the positive rates were66.7%,69.2%,73.3%, there were significant differences between the groups in general (P<0.05); normal cervical and group CIN, group and normal cervical cervical group also exists significant difference (P<0.05); CINI-CINII group, CINIII group and cervical carcinoma in situ infiltrating carcinoma group positive expression rate was no significant difference (P>0.05).4、E6protein in each experimental group the main expression and cell nucleus, a few expression in the cytoplasm, and normal cervical group expressed fewer or no expression (see Figure10), but CIN and cervical carcinoma have more strong (see Figure12).E6protein in normal cervix positive expression rate of20%, in the CINI-CINII group, CINIII group and cervical carcinoma in situ infiltrating carcinoma group in the positive rates were66.7%,76.9%,86.67%, the x2test, each category had significant differences in the positive rate comparison.(P<0.05); normal cervix and cervical group and normal group CINI-CINII, CINIII carcinoma in situ group and normal cervical group and cervical cancer group were significantly different (P<0.05).In CINI-CINII group, CINIII group and cervical carcinoma in situ infiltrating cancer group two two positive expression rate was no significant difference (P>0.05).5.in all the selected case, CD1a and CCL20expression is correlated with the (R:0.649), E6protein and CCL20expression is negatively associated (R:-0.949), E7protein and CCL20expression is negatively associated (R:-0.946), E6protein and LC expression is negatively correlated, E7protein and LC expression is negatively related to.(P<0.05)Conclusion:1.cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer antigen presenting cell deficiency (LC), may be the cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer local immune surveillance, one of the important reasons of immune escape. 2. Chemotactic factor CCL20in cervical lesions expression down-regulation is caused by cervical lesions in antigen-presenting cells (LC) is one of the reasons for lack of the number, and with the development of neoplasia, chemokines are reduced in number, cell immune effect weakened.3High risk HPV may through the cancer gene E6, E7to suppress chemokine CCL20expression, so that the cervical tissue in Lange Hans cell number was significantly reduced, involved in immune escape response.
