The control group was given Anluohuaxian pill (Sen Long Pharmaceutical production), twice a day, every time6g,3months for1treatment, observation period for six months. Observed before and after treatment of symptoms, signs, liver function (ALT、AST, γ-GT, TBIL), liver fiber full set (HA, LN, PⅢNP, Ⅳ-Col), treating spleen color B to exceed (inner diameter and thickness of the portal vein spleen) index, reference "liver fibrosis of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine diagnosis and treatment guidelines" make curative effect evaluation standard, clinical divided into powerfully, effective, invalid, compared with two groups of therapeutic effect.Results:1. Two groups of clinical curative effect is:treatment group effective rate was90.9%, and the control group effective rate was65.6%, the clinical curative effect of two sets more significant difference (P<0.05).2.Two groups of Chinese medicine symptom score efficacy:the efficacy of the two groups of Chinese medicine symptom more significant difference in clinical score of the treatment group decreased from14.18±2.15to3.49±1.24, clinical score of the control group from13.57±2.83to8.86±1.62, treatment group and before treatment, there are very significant differences, compared with the control group (P<0.05), a relatively significant difference.3.
