Objective: To study the preoperative characteristics and application value of theurine dynamics check in benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods: To retro-spectively analyze urinary dynamics of the clinical symptoms, physical examination andB ultrasonic examination of BPH primary diagnosis according to patients with a total of61in our hospital from October2010to October2011treated and discuss the urine flowmechanics characteristic. We divide the patients into two groups according to thepresence of BPH patients with bladder outlet obstruction (BOO): bladder outletobstruction {BOO(+)} and no BOO {BOO()}, and discuss respectively the relationshipamong the IPSS scores of differernt groups, the Qmax and residual urine output anddiscuss the change characteristics of bladder function in different groups and the bladderfunction characteristic of different degrees of the patients with obstruction. Results:47cases of BPH were diagnosed as BOO(+), no BOO patients with14cases, detrusor notstable patients with17cases, low compliance bladder with40patients, high adaptabilitybladder with13cases. Qmax of BOO()group is higher than BOO(+) group (P<0.05),and its IPSS score and residual urine are significantly lower than the BOO(+) group(P<0.05), and detrusor unstable of BOO() group is significantly lower than theincidence of BOO(+) group (P<0.05), and low incidence of bladder compliance of BOO() group is lower than yincidence BOO(+) group (P<0.05), and high incidence ofbladder compliance of BOO() group is significantly higher than BOO(+) group(P<0.05), and different degrees of obstruction of the patients with bladder functionchange is no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion:The urine flow dynamic checkcan not only diagnose the patients with BOO clearly, but also can understand the functionchanges of the detrusor, and can explain pathophysiology the cause of prostatichyperplasia clinical symptoms. IPSS scores, Qmax changes are not only influenced by BOO, but also have a certain relationship with the changes of the bladder function;Detrusor unstable, low compliance with the emergence of the bladder BOO increased, thehigh incidence of bladder compliance with the emergence of the BOO reduced. There isno obvious correlation between the incidence degree and obstruction classification.
