| 【Objective】To provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of benignprostatic hyperplasia, we researched and analyzed urodynamic results in detrusorfunction of patients with BPH.【Methods】We selected122patients with BPH, then urodynamic results are dividedinto detrusor contractility normal group （54patients） and weakened group （68patients）, and according to detrusor instability （detrusor instability,DI）, the results wasdivided into the DI-positive group （66patients） and the DI-negative group （56patients）. The urinary dynamic parameters in above groupings were made acomparative analysis at last.【Result】The Mean PVR （Post void residual, PVR） in DI-positive group （48.5±26.8）ml, and the mean in the negative group （140.2±57.3） ml was significantly higherthan the former. The incidence of BOO （bladder outlet obstruction,BOO） in DI-positive group was higher than that in the negative group, but the incidence of DUA（detrusor atony,DUA） in DI-positive group is lower than that in the negative group.The meam of Qmax(maximum flow rate, Qmax) in detrusor normal group was （6.9±4.7） ml/s, the presence of AUR （acute urine retention, AUR） was50.0%（27patients）;the meam of Qmaxin the weakened group was （6.3±2.7） ml/s, and there was31（45.6%） patients with AUR in the group, the difference of two indicators between thetwo groups were not statistically significant; At the same time, the presence of BOOand DI in the weakened group was significantly lower than that in the normal group.【Conclusion】Urodynamic study is relatively objective reference which reflectsdetrusor contraction, stability, and bladder outlet obstruction. Therefore, when thepatients with BPH are made the diagnosis and treatment, comprehensive urodynamicshould be combined with other clinical data to conduct a comprehensive analysis. It isvery helpful to analyse the patient’s symptoms, to make reasonable choice in treatment and to evaluate prognostic. |
