Objective:Standardization of antiviral therapy can significantly improve the prog-nosis of patients with chronic hepatitis B, but due to the problem of resistance to nucleos the long-term application of the drugs and anti-viral therapeutic indications choice in the treatment of hepatitis B are still many problems need to be further explore. In this study, an evaluation of liver cirrhosis patients with anti-viral anti-viral treatment of patients with long-term prognosis and survival. Methods:The information selected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University, infected with Section2007and2010,238cases of hepatitis B patients with cirrhosis, the establishment of the database of clinical data, parallel retrospective analysis. Results:238cases were enrolled in160cases in treatment group, control group of78cases of HBV DNA in the control group, serum alanine aminotransferase (alanine aminotransferase, ALT) and albumin (serum albumin values, ALB), total bilirubin (Totalbilinobin, TBIL), prothrombin activity (prothrombin activity, the PTA%), Child-Turcotte-Pugh rating was no significant difference in the follow-up period;in the treatment group, HBV DNA, ALT, ALB, the PTA%, CTP rating nucleos (t) analogues before and after treatment a significant improvement (P<0.05), TBIL no significant change before and after treatment, into the group of patients Kaplan Meier analysis, suggesting that antiviral therapy was superior to the control group. Two groups of patients the incidence of liver cancer in12,24,50month, conducted the analysis, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant;analysis of the case fatality rate of two groups of patients in12,24,50mongth. The results suggest that in December,24months, P<0.05statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients in December,24month,50month fatality both P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:1) Antiviral treatment of hepatitis B patients with cirrhosis to improve liver function (CTP rating) and prolong survival;2) antiviral therapy for hepatitis B patients with cirrhosis, can reduce the incidence of liver cancer, cirrhosis mortality of patients to improve survival time.
