Clinical Effect Of Therapy With Dahuang Zhechong Pill And Nucleoside(Acid) Analogues In Patients With Hepatitis B Virus-related Cirrhosis

Objective To observe the long-term efficacy of Dahuang Zhechong pill and nucleoside(acid)analogues treatment on decompensated cirrhosis due to hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection.Method Patients with decompensated hepatic cirrhosis of chronic active hepatitis B in our hospital between August 2009 and September 2015 were enrolled for a long term follow-up and the retrospective anaylsis.And divided into the following two groups:observation group received Dahuang Zhechong pill plus nucleoside(acid)analogues;the control group received nucleoside(acid)analogues only.To collect the serum alanine amino transferase(ALT),total bilirubin(TBIL),albumin(ALB),prothrombin time(PT),Child-Pugh score,hyaluronic acid(HA),laminin(LN),collagen(PCIV),procollagen(PCIII)of the two groups at 6 month and 5 years.The long-term survival rate and improvement effects were compared between the two groups.Results All two treatment groups showed significant decreases from baseline in serum levels of ALT,AST,ALB,TBIL,PT,HA,LN,PCIV,PCIII,Child-Pugh score(all P<0.05).However the change in ALT,AST,ALB,TBIL,PT,HAL,PCIV,PCIII,Child-Pugh score were significantly greater in observation group than in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications were significant in the two groups,and it is significantly greater in observation group than in control group(P<0.05).The number of the survival rates in 1?3?5 years of the two groups were 92.9%and 91.4%?84.5%and 80%?80.8%and 73.9%;and it is significantly greater in observation group than in control group at five year(P<0.05).Conclusion Nucleoside(acid)analogues with Dahuang Zhehong pill with patients on decompensated cirrhosis of chronic active hepatitis B can improved the liver function,reduce the degree of liver inflammation,reduce the complications,so as to increases the survival of patients with decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosi.
