Ten Cases Respone Of Lung Cacinoids And Literature Reviev

Objective To study the clinical features of lung cacinoid (includingsymptoms,signs,imaging findings,pathology,ect)， in order to improve thediagnosis rate, reduce leakage, misdiagnosed.Method Ten cases of lung carcinoids diagnosed at The First AffiliatedHospital of Guangxi Medical University from December2003to December2011were retrospectively analyzed,and the literature was reviewed with regardto its clinical manifestations,laboratory tests,imaging findings,Pathologicalcharacteristics,diagnosis and treatment.Result (1)Male to female ration is1:1.Their average age was55.2years old.Nine cases had chronic onset, One case had acute onset.(2)Main symptomswere cough（8/10）、expectoration(8/10)、dyspnea（5/10）、hemoptysis（4/10）、chest pain（3/10）.（3）With soft tissue mass imaging shadow as the mainperformance,only one case has the thin walledcavity and three of them are thecentral types,and the others are the Periphera types.Seven cases are hilar lymphnode enlargement or the mediastinum.All of them had not seen the pleural sag of sighs,calcilication.Lung CT scan enhance4cases,all have improved.（4）Seven of them did the fiberoptic bronchoscopy,visible food figure the mass, thelumen of the pressure change, mucous membrane swelling hypertrophy, etc,with Positive71.43%.Seven of them had been done with a brush content smear,only1case malignant tumor cells found.（5）Of these cases，4were typicalcarcinoid tumors and6were atypical carcinoid tumors.One case was Stage Ⅰa,one was Stage Ⅱa,four were Stage Ⅲa,two were Stage Ⅲb and two wereStage Ⅳ（.6）Simple operation in3,surgery plus radiation therapied in1,surgeryplus chemotherapy plus radiation therapied in1,2cases were performedfiberoptic bronchoscopy resection mass,3cases not cure. To foll-ow-up globe,3cases not cure.6were lost to follow-up,3cases of death,1case still alive.Conclusions （1） Middle age is the good hair of lung cancer crowd.(2)The main symptoms in order as a cough, sputum, haemoptysis, difficultybreathing, chest pain, can relapse occurred obstructive pneumonia. Imaging,with the central focus of common, main show is soft tissue mass shadows,visible light points leaves, rare burr levy, calcification, pleural sag of signs,pleural effusion, obstructive pneumonia, atelectasis.(3) Fiberoptic bronchoscopyhave found more positive, visible within the lumen polyp, cauliflower, the mass,mucous membrane hypertrophy, lumen compression deformation, fall offcytology mostly negative, the fine a mirror to pick up live confirmed highpositive.(4) The disease clinical rare, mainly through the pathology diagnosisand surgical treatment is given priority to. Ⅰlocal treatment of patients have certain curative effect, concurrent chemoradiation curative effect to be furtherevaluation.
