Abstract Objective:This study acording to the clinical gynecologist naked eye for cervical erosion and cervical smooth respectively100patients with electronic vaginal microscopically biopsy examine,clearing pathology diagnosis, statisticing disease form according to the result. Exploring pathological feature of the cervical erosion performance. Using immunohistochemistry methods, testing HPV16/18E6expression.In cervical lesions.Further understanding correlation among cervical erosion appearance and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer, providing theory basis for the early diagnosis and early treatment of cervical cancer.Methods:using the method of streptavidin-perosidase (s-p)immunohistochemistry (IHC) testing HPV16/18E6protein expression in the100cases of cervical erosion group and100cases of cervical smooth control group, clearing cervical erosion group and smooth group histologic classification, application of statistical analysis software compared the protein expression differences in every group.Results:1.The pathology organization diagnose result of every group are:normal、cervical inflammation、CINⅠ、CINⅡ、CINⅢ and cervical cancer.2.The proportion of normal, cervicitis, CINⅠ, CINⅡ, CINⅢ and cervical cancer in <45years erosion group、≥45years erosion group and smooth group are20.59%、30.88%、20.59%、14.71%、10.29%、2.94%、'6.25%、6.25%、9.38%、31.25%、28.13%、18.75%and41%、20%、21%、12%、5%、1%。The differences of consitituent ratios in each group were statistically significant (P<0.01), CINⅡ、CIN Ⅲ and Ca have higher proportion in the≥45years erosion group.3. The positive rates of E6protein in the smooth、<45years erosion group、≥45years erosion group are:21.0%(21/100)、23.53%(16/68)、and62.50%(20/32), the differences is statistically significant (x2=21.738, P<0.01). And the the differences of positive rate among the smooth and <45years erosion group is ont statistically significant (x2=0.151, P>0.05)、the smooth and≥45years erosion group、<45years erosion group and≥45years erosion group is statisticall significant (x2=19.498、14.343,all P<0.01) Conclusion:The naked eye clinic to the cervical erosion in a pathological disease diversification, only by the human eye and can’t distinguish between cervical erosion and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and early cerical cancer。In the<45years erosion group, pathological diagnosis level is lower. E6protein expression level is lower. In the≥45years erosion group, pathological diagnosis level is higherr. E6protein expression level is higher. E6protine is the one of important cancer gene protein which causing CIN、cervical cancer.During cervical desease, With the rise of histological diagnosis level, E6protein expression increase.Cervical erosion continued has relation with the HPV infection. In patients especially≥45years cervical erosion virus detection and vaginal microscopically biopsy can effectively prevent the happening of the cervical cancer, reduce the incidence of cervical cancer.
