| Objective:The research is to observe the clinical treatment effect of a Modified decoction of Bupleuri,Cinnamomi and Zingiberis on FD of Spleen-deficiency and Liver-Qi-stagnation.The aim is through experimental to observe the effect and safety of curing functional dyspepsia.And explore the mechanism of treating functional dyspepsia from theoretical and clinical aspects.Methods:Collect sixty patients From March2011to November2011, the spleen and stomach diseases clinic and hospital with functional dyspepsia (liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type).Divided into treatment group and control group:treatment group be decoction of Bupleuri,Cinnamomi and Zingiberis treatment, the another group is given domperidone therapy. In4weeks after treatment were assessed in two groups of patients with the2periods before and after treatment of clinical symptoms, and the results of the application of the statistic software SPSS13.0to built database and statistical analysis.Results:1.After4weeks treatment, two groups of clinical symptoms and signs were significantly improved, the total effective rate in treatment group and93.3%in control group, the total efficiency of73.3%, two groups of the total efficiency comparison, there were significant differences (p<0.05); two groups after the treatment the total symptom, there were significant differences (p<0.05); the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment of syndrome total integrated within subgroups also all had extremely significant difference (p<0.05).2.In the epigastric pain and discomfort, belching and acid reflux, less individual symptoms, along with comparison of curative effect of treatment group was superior to control group,(p<0.05).Conclusion:The decoction of Bupleuri,Cinnamomi and Zingiberis on functional dyspepsia treated with significant efficacy, particularly for patients with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type, can improve clinical symptoms, deserves further study and clinical application. |
