Study objective:The clinical trial research, observation of modified Chaihu Shugan powder combined with Deanxit in treatment of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type of functional dyspepsia clinical curative effect and the security, and from two aspects of theory and clinical research systematically on the two drugs in the treatment of functional dyspepsia action mechanism.Research methods:(1) accorded with the experimental standard of patients with60cases, patients were randomly divided into treatment group20cases, control group Ⅰ20cases, control group Ⅱ20cases. Three groups of patients in age, sex, duration, severity and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMA), the Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMD) score no obvious difference, comparable to (P>0.05).(2) the treatment group was treated with routine treatment to be based on the traditional Chinese medicine decoction modified Chaihu Shugan powder, combined with western medicine on oral treatment. The control group I on the basis of conventional therapy plus traditional Chinese medicine decoction modified Chaihu Shugan powder, one day one agent. The control group II in conventional treatment combined with Deanxit, one tablet daily, once a day (morning taking).The three groups were consecutively for eight weeks. Curative effect observation of respectively and safety of observation.(3) after eight weeks were compared between the three groups before and after treatment the symptoms points, after treatment to determine the comprehensive effect of symptom improvement and effect etc.(4) the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD), the Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) assessment of FD in patients with mental and emotional states, were compared between the three groups before and after treatment of anxiety, depression scale score differences.(5) statistical analysis methods:data using the SPSS12.0statistical software to analyze. Categorical data analysis using Ridit, count data by using x2test, measurement data using t testResult:1after treatment in three groups of patients with symptoms total score than before treatment showed significant difference (P<0.01); but the treatment group in symptom total score improvement than the control group (P<0.01).2of the total effective rate of treatment group was better than the control group in the total efficiency (P<0.05).3of three groups after eight weeks before and after treatment with HAMD, HAMA score were lower in the treatment group, significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion:The results showed:modified Chaihu Shugan powder combined with Deanxit in treatment of functional dyspepsia with better effect than single modified Chaihu Shugan powder and single use Deanxit, traditional Chinese medicine " the seven pathogenic" theory and Western medicine" spirit of pathogenic factor" has consistency, soothing liver and invigorating spleen agent (modified Chaihu Shugan powder) and antidepressants (Deanxit) in the treatment of FD may have synergistic effect. Modified Chaihu Shugan powder combined with Deanxit in treatment of functional dyspepsia is safe and effective therapy, its mechanism may be related to the following aspects:1, adjust the central nervous system, relieve mental pressure, increase of2gastrointestinal peristalsis, promoting gastric emptying in3, relieving gastrointestinal smooth muscle cramps, inhibition of gastric acid secretion in4, regulate immune function.
