The Clinical Study Of Shugan Sijunzi Decoction On The Treatment Of Liver Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome Of Liver Injury After Cancel Chemotherapy

Research purposes: To evaluate the changes of TCM syndrome scores,liver function(alanine aminotransferase,alkaline phosphatase,total bilirubin,international coagulation standard time ratio),KPS score,and safety observation before and after treatment in the two groups.To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shugan Sijun Decoction in the treatment of liver injury after chemotherapy.Methods: 48 patients inpatients,24 in the treatment group and 24 in the control group were studied by random number table method.Treatment group:(1)Shugan Sijunzi Decoction;(2)Polyene phosphatidylcholine capsule,control group:(1)Polyene phosphatidylcholine capsule.14 days is a course of treatment,a total of 1 course of treatment.Research results: the treatment group and the control group in the TCM syndrome,liver function and KPS scores(P <0.05),indictate that Shugan Sijun Decoction combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine capsules The improvement of TCM symptoms,liver function and KPS score is better than that of polyene phosphatidylcholine capsule alone.The safety indexes(WBC,HB,PLT,BUN,Cr)two groups were compared(P>0.05);indicate that the treatment group and the control group were treated with blood routine and Renal function has no obvious adverse effects.There was no adverse reaction after treatment in the control group and the treatment group,and there was no special discomfort.Before and after the administration,there were no significant differences between urine examination、extrament examination、electrocardiogram.Research conclusion: Shugan Sijunzi Decoction is effective in treating liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome after chemotherapy,and it is safe and reliable.It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome after chemotherapy,reduce the pain of patients and improve the life of patients.quality.
