A Clinical Observation On "Shu Feng Huo Xue Tang" Treatment For Qi Stagnancy And Blood Stasis Fever In Cervical Fracture And Dislocation With Spinal Cond Injury Patient

Objective:Observe the treatment effect of "Shu Feng Huo Xue Tang" With Qi stagnancy a(?) blood stasis fever in the postoperative patients of cervical fracture and dislocation with spin cond injury.Methods:60postoperative patients of cervical fracture and dislocation with spinal cond inju were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Each group has30cases. The tv groups were under the same basic treatment, and the treatment group orally take the "Shu Fe(?) Huo Xue Tang" which created by linrugao. Compare the maximal value of temperatu increased (ΔT), tempreture response index (TRI), onset time of pyretolysis.Results:The effective rate of treatment group was76.67%, The effective rate of control gro(?) was46.67%, treatment group was better than control (P<0.05). The average onset time pyretolysis of treatment group was21.3±4.39min, The average onset time of pyretoly: of control group was25.58±5.00min, treatment group was better than control (P<0.05). t maximal value of temperature increased of treatment group was lower than the control gro(?) there was a significant difference in ΔT and TRI between two groups.Conclusion:"Shu Feng Huo Xue Tang" has good results in the treatment with the postoperative patients cervical fracture and dislocation with spinal cond injury, and was favorable to improve the quality of life of (?) patients, shorten course of time.
