A Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Combining Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine On Sensorineural Tinnitus Qi-stagnancy And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:Through observing the clinical efficacy of the Tong Qiao Huo Xue Decoction and Tong Qi San ("Yi Lin Gai Cuo ") and ear acupoint press (inner and outer ear, kidney, liver) combined with Flunarizine, mecobalamin Tablets in the treatment of sensorineural tinnitus, we will explore the curative effect of Tong Qiao Huo Xue Decoction and Tong Qi San and ear acupoint press in treatment of sensorineural tinnitus. It will provide a thinking for the sensorineural tinnitus clinical therapy, and enrich the clinical method.Methods:Select 60 patients who was diagnosed with sensorineural tinnitus qi-stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome, using random digits table to minute them into treatment group and contrast group. The treatment group 30 example 41 ears were treated with Tong Qiao Huo Xue Decoction and Tong Qi San and ear acupoint press combined Funarizine, mecobalamin Tablets.The contrast group 30 example 38 ears were treated with Flunarizine, mecobalamin Tablets.60 cases were treated for 1 course with 4 weeks in a course. According to the formulation curative effect evaluation standard, after treating one week、 two weeks、 one month and clinical along with examines after one month, the clinical effect was observed in the two groups.Results:1. After one week treatment, the treatment group total effectiveness 58.53%, the contrast group total effectiveness39.47%, observe two group of patient overall curative effects after statistics, P=0.076> 0.05, has no statistics significance;2. After two weeks treatment, the treatment group total effectiveness 73.17%, the contrast group total effectiveness 52.63%, observe two group of patient overall curative effects after statistics, P=0.045<0.05, has statistics significance;3. After one month treatment, the treatment group total effectiveness 78.04%, the contrast group total effectiveness57.89%, observe two group of patient overall curative effects after statistics, P=0.042<0.05, has statistics significance;4. To carry on clinical along with examines after one months, the treatment group total effectiveness 75.60%, the contrast group total effectiveness 52.63%, after statistics, P=0.016<0.05, has statistics significance.5. Tinnitus efficacy compared with the course of the disease, the difference was statistically significant. The tinnitus curative effect is associated with course. The best is the course within 2 weeks, the second is the course of 2 weeks-1 month. The total effective rate of course within 2 weeks is 100%. which is superior to other groups.6. Tinnitus efficacy compared with hearing loss, the difference was statistically significant. The tinnitus curative effect is associated with hearing loss. The curative effect of patients with normal hearing is best, while the curative effect of moderate or severe hearing loss patients is the worst.Conclusion:1. Tong Qiao Huo Xue Decoction and Tong Qi San and ear acupoint press combined with Flunarizine, mecobalamin Tablets in the treatment of sensorineural tinnitus has the obvious curative effect, and has no obvious adverse reactions. It is a safe and effective method which is worth to be popularized.2. The long-term curative effect of Tong Qiao Huo Xue Decoction and Tong Qi San and ear acupoint press combined with Flunarizine, mecobalamin Tablets in the treatment of sensorineural tinnitus is better.
