| Objective:This research would observe the therapeutic effect of Yinzhi antai Decoction which from my tutor’s experience on patients who the women by ABO Blood group incompatibility in pregnant women and infant, To Study on improvement of symptoms and antibody levels and Try to explore its potential mechanism.Methods:1.All patients were selected by some special conditions. Then60patients were divided randomly into two groups with30in each:the treatment group was given Yinzhi antai Decoction, the control group treated by Medicine.2.Filled symptoms score and cl inical symptom score forms of two groups before treatment, then recorded them again after one or several months treatment. The clinical efficacy was evaluated by observing the changes of patients symptoms after treatment by one or several months.3.Record the potency of antibody titer of two groups before treatment, and recorded them again one or several months after treatment,both Observation the Ultrasoud of the baby, and observation the abortion of Pregnant Women. to assess the clinical effect of Yinzhi antai Decoction.Results:1. Before the treatment,each group in age, number of pregnancies,the antibody titer, the total scores of TCM symptoms and the threatened abortion were no significant differences(P>0.05).2.The clinical TCM effective rate is90%in the treatment group,it is66.67%in the control group,efficiency of the treatment group is superior to the control group (P<0.05).There are significant difference between the total scores of symptoms after treatment of the two groups (P<0.05).3.the treatment group after treatment decreased his antibody titer (P<0.05), compared with the control group, the treatment group have a significant (P<0.05).4.Yinzhi antai decotion can significantly improve women bad encyesis, It is better than the control group (P<0.05).5. Yinzhi antai decoction can significantly improve women the threatened abortion, It is better than the control group (P<0.05).6.Safety analysis:before and after treatment Yinzhi antai decoction was on blood, urine, stool, liver and kidney function, ECG and other indicators show the effects of medication without significant adverse reactions. Conclusions:1. Yinzhi antai decoction on evidence from clinical research efficiency of ABO Blood group incompatibility in pregnant women and infant deliver a significant clinic effect.2. Yinzhi antai decoction can significantly reduce the serum antibody.3. Yinzhi antai decoction can significantly reduce the symptoms of various permits and overall scores, to improve clinical symptoms in the threatened abortion, and the inevitable abortion, the stillborn foetus, the premature birth.4. This has not yet found any side effects,the use of safe reliable, and worthy of clinical study. |
