Objectives:Through to the before and after operation ovarian endometriosis cyst syndrome factor comparison, research OEC syndrome dynamic change, analyze the influence factors; so as to from a new angle to deepen our understanding of the recognition of the essence of the disease syndrome; to prevent the disease recurrence and provide reference basis for the treatment of the syndrome differentiation.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria to collect cases.Through a questionnaire face to face for different age, occupation, grow, to survey the syndrome performance of OEC patients preoperative and postoperative a month, three months, six months, and one year, and record their information, using the software of syndrome element differentiation to get their syndrome elements, Analyzing the syndrome factor change and recurrence distribution.Results:1. The highest frequency of lesion site syndrome elements is:Cell palace, Meridian (blunt as), explain the Cell palace, Meridian (blunt as) can represent the major lesion site of OEC.2. In the distribution of preoperative syndromes, firstly all with Blood stasis, secondly Kidney deficiency and Qi stagnation are major ones in the preoperative syndrome factor distribution. In the distribution of one to three months postoperative syndromes, firstly Qi deficiency, secondly Kidney deficiency, Blood stasis and Blood deficiency. In the distribution of six month to one year postoperative syndromes firstly Kidney deficiency,Qi deficiency, secondly Blood stasis. During the period before and after operation,Blood stasis and Qi stagnation obviously fall down. But Qi deficiency and Kidney deficiency obviously increase,Kidney deficiency is the first major syndromes.3. Blood stasis based Qi stagnation,Blood stasis based Kidney deficiency are major syndromes in the distribution of preoperation type. After the operation there are new three typies of syndrome,weakness of the Spleen and Stomach,weakness of both the Spleen and Kidney, weakness of both Qi and Blood. All Blood stasis syndromes decrease compared to that before operation.Weakness of the Spleen and Stomach,weakness of both the Spleen and Kidney are major syndromes for the type after surgery for one month and the type after surgery for one year as well.As for the types after surgery for six months to one year,Blood stasis based Qi stagnation and Blood stasis based Kidney deficiency increase to some extent, nevertheless,weakness of both the Spleen and Kidney remains as the fist major syndromes.4. In the relativity research for recurrence, Logistic regression analysis point that Blood stasis,Qi stagnation,Blood stasis based Qi stagnation,Blood stasis based Qi emaciated after surgery for one year are risky factorsConclusions:1. Blood stasis blocks baogong and chongren is the basic pathogenesis of OEC.2. Blood stasis based Qi stagnation is the most common syndromes.3.
