Humulus Humulus scandens (Lour.) Merr and Ming Lala seedlings, as Sankohplants. The whole plant can be used as medicine, the dried whole plant clearing anddetoxifying, elimination bruises, antibacterial anti-inflammatory and other effects.Many scholars endophytes from medicinal plant extracts in many structures one afteranother novel compound, and most of them have unique biological activity, the drugendophyte research has become a hot spot. Based on this, the study of endophyticfungi Humulus conducted a preliminary study, the main results are as follows:1Isolated by homogenization and tissue slab method, using potato dextrosemedium, from Humulus roots, stems, leaves, petioles, and other organizations,21strains were isolated and purified from endophytic fungi.
