A common understanding of the traditional Chinese medicine is the resultof joint action by variety of chemical composition and multiple sites in the pr-esent Chinese traditional medicine research. But the chemical components orchemical composition proportion between content will also be a differencebecause of the differences between varieties, origin and harvest time on thetraditional Chinese medicine. May explain why the traditional Chinesemedicine should use genuine Chinese medicine materials because genuinemedicinal materials have many years clinical practice and has been recognizedas the best efficacy. It has irreplaceable quality in other origins of thetraditional Chinese medicine. But have not the quality standards of Chinesemedicinal materials can distinguishs the genuine Chinese medicine materialsand the non-genuine medicine materials in the present Chinese medicinequality standard study. This paper analyzed and discussed the different harvesttime of planting Scutellariac baicalensis Georgi from Chifeng and Shandongby high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and high performanceliquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS).The genus of Scutellariac baicalensis Georgi is bigger than others’.There are about three hundred kinds around the world and one hundred kindsin China. Scutellariac baicalensis Georgi contains many kinds of chemicalingredients, such as flavone, diterpenes, polysaccharides and so on, butflavonoids ingredients are the main components, is also effective component.Pharmacological and clinical researches of Scutellariac baicalensis Georgi areconcentrated on the flavonoids ingredients by scholars at home and abroad.Th-is paper research fingerprint of flavonoids ingredients on Scutellariacbaicalensis Georgi that establish standard fingerprint of genuine Chinesemedicine materials of Scutellariac baicalensis Georgi to provide basis andpharmacodynamics study provide theoretical basis for the future. Scutellariac baicalensis Georgi have differences between genuinemedicine materials and the non-genuine medicine materials. Genuine medicinematerials of Scutellariac baicalensis Georgi should grow in certain conditionsuch as region, altitude, climate, soil, growing environment, fixed harvest timeand so forth. Scutellariac baicalensis Georgi of different harvest time lessstudy on whether there is difference of chemical composition and the chemicalcomposition of different proportion with pharmacodynamics relationship athome and abroad. In this paper have a preliminary analysis on the chemicalcomposition of different proportion relationship of the different harvest timein Scutellariac baicalensis Georgi. It provides theory basis for the fixedharvest time of Scutellariac baicalensis Georgi. It lays the foundation ondistinguishing the difference between genuine medicine materials and the non-genuine medicine materials, set up the comprehensive quality standards andthe relationship between revealing clinical medication and the curative effectin the future. It provides the theory basis for genuine Chinese medicinematerials quality standardization.Objective:1﹑To set up the HPLC fingerprints of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi,optimize the extract method and chromatogram condition. It lays thefoundation for Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi to further study.2﹑To develop an HPLC-MS method for the identification of Scutellariabaicalensis Georgi quality and analyse the information of flavonoidsingredients.3﹑To investigate the dynamic change of flavonoid fractions in differentsample parts of Scutellariae baicalensis Georgi that use the the content ratio ofsome kinds of flavonoid fractions for the standard. In order to lay the basis forthe different harvest time in the dynamic change of flavonoids.4﹑To investigate the dynamic change of flavonoid fractions in differentharvesting period of Scutellariae baicalensis Georgi that use the the contentratio of19kinds flavonoid fractions for the standard. And it can define theoptimal harvesting period of Medicinal materials and find the most high quality Scutellariae baicalensis Georgi.Methods:1﹑A gradient mobile system was applied in the experiment. The HPLCseparation was performed on a C18analytical column gradient withacetonitrile-0.1%CH3COOH, detection wavelength was276nm, at the flowrate of1.0ml·min-1,the temperature of column was25℃.2﹑A gradient mobile system was applied in the experiment. TheHPLC-MS separation was performed on a C18analytical column gradient withacetonitrile-1%CH3COOH, detection wavelength was276nm, at the flow rateof0.2ml·min-1, the temperature of column was25℃. Nineteen peaks in thechromatogram of first and second mass spectrum data was collected byscanning of electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry, which wasoperated in the positive and negative ion mode.3﹑Assess and analyse the different origin, sample parts and harvest timeon flavonoids content composition proportion of the dynamic changes by thearea normalization method.Results:1﹑It separates thirty chromatographic peak in fifty minutes infingerprint of Scutellariae baicalensis Georgi.2﹑Determine the nineteen chemical composition and their chemicalstructured.3﹑We find component contents of flavonoid in proportion is notidentical also in different sampling part of Scutellariae baicalensis Georgi.Thecomponent proportion of glycosides is more from thin to thick.Different orig-in and different harvest time of change level is not the same.4﹑Flavonoids content composition proportion is distinct in different har-vest time of Scutellariae baicalensis Georgi. Different harvest time and originof Scutellariae baicalensis Georgi all have their own unique flavonoids conte-nt component proportion.Conclusion:1﹑This method can separate more chromatographic peak and then can be used as the means to the assess of HPLC fingerprints of Scutellariabaicalensis Georgi and material basis.2﹑The method of HPLC-MS makes the quality standard of Scutellariabaicalensis Georgi and identification more improved and more accurate. Itlays the foundation for finding the best one.3﹑The study of the different origin, sample parts and harvest time onflavonoids content composition proportion can provide reliable scientific basisfor the optimal harvesting period the comprehensive control the quality ofScutellaria baicalensis Georgi. It also lays the foundation for distinguishinggenuine and the non-genuine Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi.
