In measuring the ingredients, HPLC method is used to measure valid composition of Bacailein. The mobile phase is methyl alcohol- water- calcium phosphate (47:53:0.2) .The detector wavelength is 280 nm. The flow is 1 ml/ min .The method is simple, rapid and reliable.
