The Effect Of Fumigating And Washing Of Shujinhuoxue For The Rehabilitation Of Joint Function Lh Classification Ⅲ°-Ⅳ°after Ankle Fracture Operation

Objective:To observe the clinical application of fumigating and washing of shujinhuoxue for the rehabilitation of joint function after ankle fracture operation.Methods:40cases in the ankle fracture of Lauge-Hansen classification Ⅲ°,Ⅳ°were randomly divided inio two groups by admission time from Fuzhou General Hospital during October2010to July2011:the treatment group and the control group (each group included20patients).All the patients reeeived treatment for ankle fracture operations and eoventional postoperative rehabilitation.The patients in thetreatment group used the shujinhuoxue to fumigate-wash their ankle after sutures werer removed. The functionl recovery was evaluated for two groups according to the ankle swelling value,oxygen saturation of blood(SpO2),nailfold microcirculation of toes(FNM) before and after treatment,the Baird-Jaekson score and Ankle Hindfoot Scale(AOFAS) in the3rd month and6rd month after operation. All of which were then statistically analyzed.Results:The ankle swelling value of two groups had no significant difference before and the trement(p>0.05). The oxygen saturation of blood(SpO2) of two groups had no significant difference before and the treatment(p>0.05). The nailfold microcirculation of toes(FNM) had significant difference before and after treatment. The Baird-Jaekson score and Ankle Hindfoot Scale(AOFAS) had significant difference in the3rd month and6rd month after operation.Conclusions:The fumigating and washing of shujinhuoxue and the reasonable and orderly exercise as early as possible is an effective method to promote functional rehabilitation after ankle fracture postoperation,which can promote the affected limb of local skin microcirculation,improve joint activities and walking function.
