| Objective:Comparison of the clinical effects of Haitongpi Tang fumigation washing and warm water fumigation washing in the functional rehabilitation of ankle fracture in the later stage.Methods:Cases of this study is derived from *** Hospital orthopedics outpatient patients with ankle fractures.According to the criteria of inclusion and exclusion of the study,60 cases were collected and randomly divided into observation group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).In the course of the study,3 cases were lost and 57 cases were effective,including 29 cases in the observation group and 28 cases in the control group.On the basis of active functional exercise of ankle joint,the observation group was treated with Haitongpi Tang fumigation and the control group with warm water.The pain was observed in the two groups at week 0(before the treatment),1,2,3,4weeks of treatment.The swelling and ankle function were analyzed by spss21.0software to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results:1.Baseline data:There were no significant differences in sex,age,course of disease,distribution of affected side,diameter of healthy side,fracture type and swelling distribution between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.VAS scores:There were significant differences in VAS scores between the two groups at the1 st and 3rd week of treatment(P < 0.05).Comparison of the improvement of VAS score in the fourth week of treatment: 9 cases were excellent,19 cases were good,1 case was fair,0 case was poor,the excellent and good rate was 96.55%.The control group was excellent in 2 cases,good in 21 cases,fair in 5 cases,poor in 0 cases,and good in 2 cases,good in 21 cases,fair in 5 cases,poor in 0 cases.The excellent and good rate was 82.14%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Swelling:The two groups were treated for fourth weeks of swelling,and the rate of swelling elimination was statistically significant(P <0.05).Comparison of the curative effects of swelling and regression at the 4th week: in the observation group,4 cases were cured,20 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were effective,0 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 100%,while in the control group,2 cases were cured,16 cases were markedly effective,7 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 89.29% and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).4.Ankle flexion and extension:There were significant differences in ankle flexion and extension activity score between the two groups at the 3rd week of treatment(p < 0.05).5.Comparison of ground walking conditions:There was significant difference between the two groups in the score of ground walking at the 3rd week of treatment(P < 0.05).6.AOFAS scores:There was significant difference in AOFAS score between the two groups at the4 th week of treatment(P < 0.05).Comparison of the excellent AOFAS scores at the4 th week in the observation group: excellent in 10 cases,good in 18 cases,fair in 1case,poor in 0 cases,excellent and good rate 96.55%.The control group was excellent in 3 cases,good in 20 cases,fair in 5 cases,poor in 0 cases,and excellent and good rate was 82.14%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).7.Total therapeutic effect:In the observation group,11 cases were cured,14 cases were effective,3 cases were effective,1 case was ineffective,the total effective rate was 96.55%,while in the control group,5 cases were cured,9 cases were effective,9 cases were effective,5cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 82.14%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions:In the later period of ankle fracture,the addition of Haitongpi Tang fumigation washing on the basis of functional exercise can help to relieve the pain of ankle joint,accelerate swelling and recede,improve ankle motion,improve walking function,and effectively promote the functional rehabilitation of ankle fracture.It is worth popularizing in clinic. |
