Observation On The Moxibustion Sensation And Acupoint Temperature And Curative Effects By Moxibustion In The Patients With Perennial Allergic Rhinitis

Objective:To pick up clinical informations direct at Allergic Rhinitis meeting the clinical standards, providing moxibustion therapy prescription combining with specific acupoint theory, and investigating moxibustion sensation, temperature and the change of symptoms and signs scores, to find the key factors of the moxibustion sensation appear,and to improve degree of the clinical effect.Methods:1.Adopt randomized parallel control study, we intend to intake60cases of standard Acquisition Rhinitis patients,the standard60cases were randomly divided into the mild moxibustion group(referred to as the Experimental group) and moxibustion sensation treatment group(referred to as the Research group), according to the specific point theory,we choose Yintang,leftYingxiang,rightYingxiang,Shenque to do moxibustion treatment.2.We will observe the types of moxibustion sensations,and the temperature and the score change of symptoms and physical signs before and after treatment. And then perform statistical analysis.Results:1.The curative effect:After the second course,the curative effect have obvious differnce between the two groups(p<0.05). and the Experimental group with the markedly effective rate is3.33%,the effective rate is63.33%, the invalid rate is33.34%,the total effective rate is66.66%.The Research group with the markedly effective rate is13.34%,the effective rate is80.00%, the invalid rate is6.66%,the total effective rate is93.34%.2.The scores of the symptoms and signs:After the second course,the scores of the symptoms and signs of both the two groups have decreased markedly(p<0.01), so are the scores of the symptoms. The scores of the signs of the Experimental group have no obvious differnce after the treatment (p>0.05). And the Research group ’s have decrease (p<0.05)3.Acuppoints’temperature:There is obvious differnce of the acuppoints’ temperature before and after each treatment of both the two groups(p<0.01).Acuppoints’ temperature after treatment of the Experimental group compared with the Research group,there is obvious differnce(p<0.01).The temperatures of the Research group when moxibustion sensation appear and disappear have obvious differnce(p<0.01).4.The types of moxibustion sensation:Of all these acuppoints, the moxibustion sensation outcome is:diathermancy100%,scratchiness18.92%,heat diffusionl3.51%,heavy feeling8.11%,cool5.41%, acid bilges feeling5.41%, discharge2.70%, tingling2.70%.5.Acuppoint:Of all these acuppoints, Yintang appears moxibustion sensations with the highest probability, with the rate94.59%, and multiple moxibustion sensation appeares the highest probability than the other acuppoints, about27.03%.Conclusion:1.According to the specific point theory,using the way of moxibustion, we can effectively improve the patients with allergic rhinitis’s symptoms and physical signs.we combine mild moxibustion,swing moxibustion and quezhuo moxibustion, and the moxibustion sensation is much more stronger,and curative effect is much higher.,the curative effect is much different too.2.we also find that it is important to have both moxibustion sensation and moxibustion accumulation.3.Temperature is one of the influential factors of moxibustion sensation.Moxibustion accumulation leads to moxibustion sensation occurres. The moxibustion accumulation is enough when moxibustion sensation disappears.The moxibustion sensation realates on acuppoint,the method of moxibustion, the time of moxibustion,etc.when acuppoint,the material of moxibustion,the distance between moxibustion and the acuppoint, the method of moxibustion, treatment frequencies is the same,the time of moxibustion is longer,the temperature remain high much longer,the curative effect is better.4.Yintang appears moxibustion sensations with the highest probability.It can be used as the main accupoint when we do moxibustion on Allergic Rhinitis. Yingxiang and Shenque have synergistic effect.
