Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Stroke Recovery With Changmaile-Ⅱ Capsule Combined With Exercise Therapy Clinical Study On Hemiplegia With Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:Observing the clinical efficacy of Changmaile-Ⅱ capsule combined with exercise therapy on treating blood stasis hemiplegia during the stroke recovery,a more effective clinical treatment for blood stasis hemiplegia was provided.Methods:72 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group(36 patients,4 patients were lost)and the control group(CK,36 patients).The control group was given routine medical treatment and exercise therapy,and the treatment group were added with Changmaile-II capsules of 4#tid oral.Both groups were given the rehabilitation assessment before and after the treatment:the limbs muscle strength was assessed by "Six grade classification of muscle strength";Balance function by Berg balance scale evaluation method;the ADL index by modified Barthel index assessment method;upper and lower extremities motor function by Fugl-Meyer(FMA).After 28 days of treatment,the data of both groups was collected and made a statistical analysis.Results:1.Patients of both groups with upper and lower limbs motor function,Berg balance scale score and Barthel scale score and Fugl-Meyer scale score were significant improved after treatment,compared with before treatment(P<0.05).2.After 28 days,the upper limb muscle strength of patients in the treatment group had no significant difference(P>0.05);the lower limb muscle strength,Berg balance scale score,Barthel score,Fugl-Meyer scale,lower extremity score had significant difference compared with the CK(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.After 28 days of treatment,patients of both groups could improve limbs muscle strength,Berg balance scale score,Barthel score and Fugl-Meyer score;2.After 28 days,the patients,treated with Changmaile-II capsule combined with exercise therapy,improved muscle strength of lower limbs,.Berg balance scale score,Barthel scale score and Fugl-Meyer scale score.The scores were better than the patients’ simply treated with exercise therapy;3.After 28 days,the treat group,with Changmaile-Ⅱ capsule combined with exercise therapy,had no significant difference in the improvement of patients with upper limb muscle strength with CK.It may cause for the intervention time and some other reasons.
