In this study, isoflurane anesthesia combined with canine epidural anesthesia, observation of the anesthetic effect on the dogs, compared to a pure inhalation anesthesia with composite anesthetized dogs heart rate, oxygen saturation, blood pressure, respiratory rate and body temperaturephysiological changes. Dog cerebrospinal fluid collected in the monitoring process, the determination of the pharmacokinetics of lidocaine in the combined anesthesia. The pharmacokinetics of lidocaine in canine cerebrospinal fluid tests showed that the average peak concentration of lidocaine plasma under the combined anesthesia time was25.0±3.0min, the average plasma concentration of1.5614±0.2835μg/ml, absorption half-life of the average4.8638±0.3822min, the average elimination half-life154.3185±10.2904min, the relative recovery of different concentrations of QC samples were102.00%,105.90%,99.06%, the absolute recoveries were98.08%,90.91%,81.44%; lidocaine in the cerebrospinal fluid drug peak concentration time was15.0±3.0min, mean concentration of5.6163±0.8295μg/ml, absorption half-life of the average2.8063±0.2712min, to eliminate the half-life of the average33.7689±3.2908min, different concentrations of control samples is relatively the recoveries were94.00%,113.85%,102.81%, absolute recovery was92.31%,97.72%,84.52%, the intraday coefficient of variation of the different quality control samples were0.10,0.12,0.11, day coefficients of variation were0.10,0.12,0.07.The results showed that inhalation anesthesia combined with canine epidural anesthesia, dogs disposable puncture a high success rate, block plane determination quickly, and be able to meet the needs of the lower abdominal surgery, monitoring during the dog sedative, analgesic, muscle relaxant and good. Wake up quickly. The pharmacokinetic results showed that inhalation anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia, lidocaine biological use of high, after the drugs first enter the cerebrospinal fluid spread to the blood to peak quickly, and be able to maintain a certain amount of time on the animal’s body adverse effects.
