Effect-assessment For Occupational Hazard Control At Production Of Water Treatment Agent

With the development of industry, occupational hazard is more and more serious,and it is causing the wide attention of social all circles.To analysis and identify the kinds and occurrence steps of occupational hazardsin the production process of the production project of water treatment agent, test theconcentration or the strong degree of risk factors, evaluate the risk extent and effectsof the protective measures, and present the critical control point and the specialprotective requirements. To provide scientific basis for the acceptance ofoccupational health protection facilities of the construction project for the safeproduction supervision and management departments and provide evidences for thecurrent managements of occupational disease prevention for construction unit.There are three evaluation methods in this paper: occupation health survey,occupation health inspection and check list analysis. The occupational hazard factoresis dust, ozone, sulfuric acid, hydrogen sulfide and noise. After testing, the factores areall lower then the national standard of occupational exposure limit.The construction progect can meet the “hygienic standards for the design ofindustrial enterprises” at site selection, general layout, building hygiene, productionprocess and equipment layout, the facility for control occupational hazards,emergency rescue, occupation health management, occupation health inspection etc.Finally, according to the project characteristic and “law of the People’s Republicof China on the Prevention and Occupational Diseases” and other relevant laws, rulesand regulations, author puts forward some supplemental recommendations aboutoccupational hazard control. The company should seriously study these measures. Ifthe facility for control occupational hazard can be used normally, each person cancorrectly wear labor protection supplies, and company can implement themanagement system for the implementation of occupation disease, the controlmeasures of occupation hazards at the project are the effective.
