Objective To explore high-frequency ultrasonography and classification of ultrasoundelastography in the diagnosis and identification of benign and malignant thyroid nodules. Methods A retrospective analysis of the image characteristics of high frequency ultrasoundof180thyroid nodules in147patients confirmed by pathology and ultrasound elasticityimaging classification of31solid nodules, observed nodule size, internal structure, internalecho, shape, border, halo, calcification and classification of elastography, with pathologicalas the reference standard..Result115benign nodules and65malignant nodules with180thyroid nodules in147patients,127cases were female and20cases were male. The ultrasound imagecharacteristics of malignant nodules were irregular in shape, A/T>1, ill-defined, very lowerecho, irregular sound halo and microcalcification; ultrasound images of benign nodules werecharacterized by a honeycomb structure, clear boundaries and regular sound halo. The grade of ultrasound elastography,85%of benign nodules was in Level the0-II,81.8%ofmalignant nodules was in III-IV grade, the difference between benign and malignant thyroidnodules was statistically significance(p <0.01).Conclusion Characteristics of High frequency ultrasonography was very valuable in thediagnostic and identificationof Benign and Malignant Thyroid nodules, combination with theclassification of ultrasound elastography improved the diagnostic rate. Objective To study the diagnostic valve of different enhanced modes of contrast-enhancedultrasound in the identification of benign and malignant thyroid nodules. Methods The first regular two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler examination, andthen contrast-enhanced ultrasound imaging examination, the enhanced modes to observethyroid nodules would be divided into inhomogeneous enhancement, homogeneousenhancement, ring enhancement, no enhancement; Meanwhile observed the change inmeasured value of thyroid nodules before and after contrast-enhanced ultrasound imaging. Results To observe the performance of contrast-enhanced ultrasound of61thyroid nodules in57patients (28malignant nodules,33benign nodules), inhomogeneous enhancement:malignant nodules(67.9%), benign nodules(9.1%), the difference between benign andmalignant thyroid nodules was statistically significance(α <0.001); ring enhance: benignnodules(63.6%), malignant nodules(3.6%), the difference between two groups wasstatistically significance(α <0.001);homogeneous enhancement: benign nodules(24.2%),malignant nodules(28.5%), the difference between benign and malignant thyroid nodules wasno statistically significance. The size of malignant nodules after contrast-enhancedultrasound is larger, the size of benign nodules before and after contrast-enhanced ultrasoundis similar. Conclusion The enhanced mode of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the identification ofbenign and malignant thyroid nodules has important value.
