The Clinical Research On Xingting Mixtue Treating Children Bronchal Asthma Attack Period (Phlegm Heat Warm Lung)

Objective:This topic is designed to observe the clinical effects and security of the Xingting mixture, from the effect comparision between the Xingting mixture and western medicine routine treatment of bronchial asthma children episode.Methods:The study takes60children with the age of2～14years who accord with bronchia1asthma attack (Phlegmy heat warm lung) from September2010to June2011as examples. The investigation randomly divides the above infantile children into two groups, namely treatment group and the matched group. Each group has30children. The treatment group is treated with taking apricot mixture orally; and the matched group is treated with taking Budesonide suspension liquid, sulfuric acid and Lin atomization fluid. After7days’treatment, the researcher begins to finish patients’ basic material and symptomatic signs integral and then analyze the results by SPSS13.0software.Results:1) Clinical effects:The display control rate and total effective rate of the treatment group are76.7%and96.7%; on the other hand, the display control rate and total effective rate of the matched group are90%and100%. The results is Z=-1.342, P=0.180>0.05with comparing the matched group and the treatment group. The difference isn’t statistically significant.2) The main symptoms and signs:the symptoms and signs are improved obviously after having the treatment when researcher analyzes and compares the results in groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the lung XiaoMingYin, cough and sleep at night are not significantly different when the researcher analyzes the results between groups (P>0.05). But the warm phlegm increases dramatically (P<0.05). The effects of the treatment group are better than those of the matched group.3) Asthma attack (phlegmy heat warm lung) time card: The medicine times disease and tongue in pulse of the treatment group are better than those of matched group.Conclusions:The significant efficiency and total effective rate of apricot mixture are same as the western medicine when the apricot mixture is used to treat Children Bronchal asthma attack period (Phlegmy heat warm lung). In addition, the apricot mixture has no some untoward effect in the treatment process. That means apricot mixture has favorable safety. At the same time in reach curative effect, apricot mixture not only reduces the burden of boiling medicine, but also avoids the side effects of western medicine. It fully displays the advantage of the traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of the above disease. The apricot mixture has good clinical availability and is worth further promotion.
