The Clinical Research On Effect Enhancement Of Yikan Pill Combined With Sildenafil Citrate Tablets In Treating Diabetic Erectile Dysfunction With TCM Syndrome Of Liver Depression And Blood Stasis

Objective:To observe the clinical effect enhancement of Yikan pill to treat diabetic erectile dysfunction. through the clinical research of Yikan pill combined with sildenafil citrate tablets.Methods:With the randomized and controlled method,72patients of the diabetic erectile dysfunction caused by the type of Liver depression and blood stasis were selected,36cases in the test group, while36cases in the control group. Observing the changes of scores of traditional chinese medicine(TCM)symptoms,International Index of Erectile Function-5and Erection Hardness Grading Scal (EHS) test after4weeks’treatment. All the results were analysised with SPSS17.0and P≤0.05means that there is statistically differences between2groups.Results:In the test group4cases were cured completely,7cases were effective,10cases marks got improved and13cases were ineffctive. The total effective rate61.8%, marked improvement rate were32.4%.Meanwhile the total effective rate54.5%, marked improvement rate were18.2%in the control group.There was no statistically differences in total effective rate (p＞0.05), but was in the total marked improved rate between2groups (p<0.05).Compare with being treated before both groups got much improved in scores of (TCM)symptoms (Z=-7.047,p=0.000), the test group (TCM) symptoms scores11.23±0.592, the control group is25.85±0.517.There was statistic difference in (TCM)symptoms test within each group (p＜0.01).There were no severe side effects during the research.Conclusion:The treatment of Yikan pill combined with sildenafil citrate tablets can improve Patients’s erectile dysfunction and strengthen Erection Hardness symptoms. It is a better choice to treat diabetic erectile dysfunction with the type of Liver depression and blood stasis.because of its safety and effectiveness.
