Clinical Application Analysis Of Breast Intrad-uctal Papilloma Resection Under Localization And Guidance Of Breast Fiberoptic Ductoscopy

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical therapeutic efficacy of breast intraductal papillomaresection under the localization and guidance of breast fiberoptic ductoscopyThe clinical application of analysis to solve the traditional nipple discharge surg-ery for the expansion of the ductoscopy an appropriate clinically feasible surgic-al approach to improve the detection rate of the pathological, blind, a large ran-ge of pathology detection rate is low and other shortcomings. Expansion of duc-toscopy in the range of clinical applications, to further explore the clinical poten-tial applications of ductoscopy.MethodsFrom July2009to May2010,79patients with single breast intraductalpapilloma were admitted to our department, we divided these patients into2groups randomly, the observation group included41patients, and the breastintraductal papilloma in these patients were resected under the localization andguidance of breast fiberoptic ductoscopy; The control group included38patien-ts, and the breast intraductal papilloma in these patients were resected by routi-ne partial gland resection. The clinical therapeutic efficacy was compared betw-een the observation group and the control groupResults①Underthe localization and guidance of breast fiberoptic ductoscopy, allneoplastic tissues in the observation group were resected,and the operationtime was (52.3±5.1)min, the incision length (2.6±0.3)cm, the quality of resected specimens(10.2±1.4)g, the pathological detection rate95.1%. Moreover, allpatients in the observation group have no operativecomplication.②There weresignificant differences in incision length, resected specimens, pathological dete-ction rate,operation time between the observation group and the control group(P <0.05)ConclusionsUnder the localization and guidance of breast fiberoptic ductoscopy, thebreast intraductal papilloma resection is of convenience, accurate localization,small lesion, good cosmetic effective, high pathological detection rate, so thistechnology is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
