The Effections Of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection In T-bet And IFN-γ In Mice With Aplastic Anemia

ObjectiveBy observing the effects of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection on levels of IFN-γ andT-bet mRNA in mice with aplastic anemia,to investigate the mechanism ofShenqi Fuzheng Injection in treatment for aplastic anemia.MethodsThirty BALB/c mice were randomly allocated to3groups:A,a normal controlgroup;B,a model group;C,treatment group;Immunologically mediated methodwas used to establish the model of aplastic anemia in BALB/c mice;Mice intreatment group were given with Shenqi Fuzheng Injection for10days;thecontrol groups and model groups were given normal saline;observationperipheral blood cell counts on the11thday of treatment.To observationINF-γ and T-bet in mice spleen use immunohistochemical ELISA and RT-PCR.ResultsCompared with normal control,the peripheral blood cell counts in the modelgroup were lower(P<0.05).By treatment, the peripheral blood cell counts in thetreatment group were increased than normal control(P<0.05).The level ofINF-γand T-bet in model group waere higher than normal control(P<0.05).Compared with model group,the level of INF-γ and T-bet in the treatmentgroup were lower(P<0.05).ConclusionsShenqi Fuzheng Injection can reduce the expression of INF-γ and T-bet.It isa effective measures to keep the proportion of Th1and Th2cell.
