Objective: radiation therapy after surgery for breast cancer to the lymph nodesin the subclavian and axillary area, the use of color Doppler ultrasound beforeradiotherapy after lymph nodes were observed to investigate the clinical significance.Methods:25cases of breast cancer patients, lymph nodes subclavian andaxillary area, the use of color Doppler ultrasound before radiotherapy, afterradiotherapy in lymph node size, volume, shape, aspect ratio, boundary, corticomedullary structure swollen lymph nodes around the cortical the hypoechoicarea accounted for the entire lymph node area and the ratio of lymph node number ofinternal and peripheral blood flow signal, the number of arterial blood flow, arterialspectrum resistance index. Results: All25cases of breast cancer patients25use color Doppler ultrasounddetected63local recurrence lymph nodes including5cases of12neck,supraclavicular fossa4cases7,8subclavian three cases, axillary13cases36wereperformedultrasound-guided biopsy diagnosed. The results show, A group (Ⅱ periodand the previous12cases of patients) average recurrence time of35.7±8.9months,the B group (stage Ⅲ and more than13cases of patients) average recurrence time of22.1±7.3months, differences have significant resistance (P0.05). The Ultrasoundresults show recurrence after radiotherapy lymph nodes28narrow,35disappeared;dimensional ultrasound lymph node boundary is unclear, vague echo significantlylower, uneven, average size (2.07±0.48)×(1.01±0.35) before radiotherapy cm;lymph node boundary after radiotherapy than before clear echo enhancement isuneven, the average size (1.15±0.41)×(0.78±0.35) cm, the difference wasstatistically significant (P <0.05)(Table3); average aspect ratio of radiotherapy beforeand after were0.74±0.21,0.71±0.34, the difference was not significant sex (P>0.05); color Doppler residual lymph node radiotherapy significantly reduced bloodflow signal;28before radiotherapy, after radiotherapy an average flow signal density level III is less than radiotherapy before, and the number of0-II is more(P<0.0001);artery peak systolic velocity (PSV) in the lymph nodes before and after radiotherapywere21.9±7.9cm/s,11.4±4.6cm/s; artery resistance index (RI) before and afterradiotherapy were0.74±0.18,0.54±0.10(P <0.05), the difference was statisticallysignificant (P <0.05).Conclusion: Mastectomy regional lymph node recurrence rate of breast cancerTNM stage, relapse rate was significantly higher in the more than III; radicalmastectomy may have varying degrees of local recurrence after lymph noderadiotherapy volume shrink, some may disappear; ultrasound to detect breastcancercure of local recurrence after lymph node radiotherapy before and after thetwo-dimensional, color and spectral Doppler indicators are significant differences (P<0.05); ultrasound is the preferred method of examination of local recurrence afterradical lymph node radiotherapy evaluation of breast cancer.
