Objective:To explore the link between Livin,Fas primary ovarian epithelialmalignancy various clinicopathological factors, Livin Fas in epithelialovarian malignancy and development related.Understand theirrelationship with primary ovarian epithelial cancer prognosis, whichprovide a theoretical basis for its early diagnosis and treatment.Methods:Randomly selected from the fellowship at jilin university hospitalfrom January2011to October2011of department of gynaecology duringthe48patients with epithelial oarian tumor surgery resection specimens,Patients ages18to74years, median age50years old. All cases ofpreoperative not accept put, chemotherapy and immunotherapy, completewith clinical data. Postoperative pathology confirmed both bypathologists. The other selection during the same period of epithelialoarian resection specimens of20patients with benign tumor surgery,because other gynecological benign diseases resection of20cases ofnormal ovarian tissues as control group. According to the internationalunion of gynecology and obstetrics (FIGO) surgical-pathologic stagingstandard2000,23cases of stage I, stage II phase III in7cases,15cases,IV (3cases), including10cases of stage I~II with lymph nodemetastasis,28cases without lymphatic metastasis. Histologicclassification: the G1stage16cases, G2grade10cases, G3grade22cases. Histology:20patients with serous cystadenocarcinoma, mucinous cystadenocarcinoma of17cases and other types of11cases. Allspecimens were fresh out in2hours, immediately by10%in the year offormaldehyde fixed, under4℃in10%formaldehyde (pH7.2~7.4)fixed10h, conventional paraffin embedding archive. All slices areconfirmed by the department doctor after dyeing. Usingimmunohistochemical technique (S-P) for detecting tissue staining Livinand the expression of Fas. According to the semi-quantitative integralmethod to determine protein expression results. The experimental data forthe statistical analysis of the results.Results:1. Livin in normal ovarian tissue, epithelial ovarian benign tumorand malignant tumor in the positive rate were0%,15%,77.1%, is on therise, after statistics analysis, there are significant difference (P <0.01);Livin in epithelial ovarian malignant tumor, clinical stage, histologicclassification of positive expression differences were significant (P <0.01); Livin in epithelial ovarian malignant tumor histological type ofthe expression differences have no statistical significance (P>0.05);Livin in the patients with lymph node metastasis positive expression rateis higher than that without lymph node metastasis, but there was nostatistically significant difference (P>0.05)2. Fas in normal ovarian tissue, epithelial ovarian benign tumor andmalignant tumor in the positive expression rate of90.0%,70.0%and48.5%, respectively, a downward trend, and statistical analysis havesignificant difference (P <0.01); In clinical staging, after statistics analysis, there are significant difference (P <0.01). Fas in ovarianepithelial tumor histological type, histological grade and lymph nodemetastasis in the expression differences had no statistical significance (P>0.05).3. Livin with Fas expression in malignant tumor in ovarianepithelial sex negatively correlated.Conclusions:1. Livin in the positive expression rate in malignant change fromnormal tissue to the whole process is gradually increasing, and thepositive expression rate of Fas is gradually diminishing, suggest highexpression of Livin and lower expression of Fas in ovarian epithelialtumor play an important role in occurrence and development, can beused as a judgement of benign and malignant ovarian epithelial tumors.2. Livin high expression in malignant tumor in ovarian epithelialsex is associated with clinical staging and histological grading, and lowexpression of Fas and its clinical stage, the prompt can be used as bothevaluating the malignant degree and prognosis of ovarian epithelialtumors reference indicators.3. Livin and Fas in epithelial ovarian malignant tumor in theexpression showed a negative correlation, the joint detection canimprove the diagnosis of ovarian malignant tumour epithelial sex, further determine epithelial ovarian malignant tumor malignant degree,can be as a reference indicator of epithelial oarian tumor prognosis.
