Purpose: Through the detection of Livin, and MMP-9with ovarian epithelialsexual Cancer Organization by immune organization chemical technology, discussrelationship between the two and epithelial sexual ovarian cancer and the clinicalsignificance. It mainly does data analyses in organization type, clinical staging, andpathology ratings classification and other aspects. It provides new thought and waysfor early diagnosis of ovarian cancer, and the judgment of malignant degree and theassessment prognosis.Method:Select the ovarian tissue specimens from November2010to November2012in Sino-Japanese Friendship Hospital of Jilin University and Jilin ProvincialTumor Hospital Randomly. After all specimens are selected from fresh material, thenimmediately fix with10%neutral formalin, and embed with paraffin. Continuouslyslice the specimens into4μ m-thick and prepare3pieces of each case. Do HEstaining, Livin immunohistochemical staining and the MMP-9Immunohistochemistrystaining respectively. Take the known positive slices as positive comparison, all theslices are blinded affirmed by pathological experts so as to detect the expressionconditions of Livin and MMP-9. Applying SPSS17.0software for processing data,and the count data uses the X2test to proceed relevant analysis. P<0.01is verysignificant statistically, P<0.05represents difference has a statistical significant. Incorrelation parameters the statistics, Spearman rank is used for relevant analysis.Result:1. The positive expression of Livin, the MMP-9Immunohistochemistry ismainly positioned in the cytoplasm of cancer cells, and positive cells turn on lightyellow or brown-yellow.2.This experiment shows that: the positive expressive rateswith epithelial in the wiped Organization of Livin, MMP-9in50cases are72%and62%respectively. Through statistical analysis, Livin, MMP-9expression rates inhuman epithelial ovarian cancer is significantly higher than normal ovarian tissue andbenign ovarian tissue, and the difference is significant (P<0.01).3. The lower thedegree of differentiation of Pathology, the higher the expression positive rates of Livin and MMP-9. The positive expression degree in differentiation of epithelial ovarianCarcinoma of low levels is significantly higher than differentiation of Livin, MMP-9of high levels, and the difference is significant (P<0.05); with clinical staging ofincreasing, the positive expression rate of MMP-9increases. In late ovarian cancer,the positive expression degree of MMP-9is higher than early ovarian cancer, and thedifference is significant (P<0.05), but there is no statistics significance for theexpression degree of Livin in different clinical staging (P>0.05); there is also nostatistics significance of Livin, and MMP-9of expression degree between differentorganization separate types (P>0.05).4.Livin, MMP-9expression is of positivecorelation in epithelial ovarian cancer.Conclusion:1.Livin could promote the occurrence of the human epithelial ovarian cancer.thedetection of Livin might be helpful to identify the benign and malignant of theOvarian tumors.2.MMP-9could promote the occurrence and evelopment of the human epithelialovarian cancer,the detection of Livin might be helpful to identify the benign andmalignant of the Ovarian tumors.The high expression of MMP-9in human epithelialovarian cancer might herald a high degree of malignant tumor with a poor prognosis.3.The expression of both Livin and MMP-9in epithelial ovarian cancer playscoordinate roles and is positively correlated.to the diagnosis and treatment ofepithelial ovarian cancer, to determine the prognosis and understanding of thebiological behavior of malignant tumors has important clinical value.
