Objective:Observe the clinical therapeytic efficacy and side effects of addition and subtraction Danzhixiaoyaosan and supplemented by Emotional therapy on treating the acne(the unbalance of Chong and Ren) to Preliminary discuss the Mechanism of action.Methods:We make two groups of the90acne(the unbalance of Chong and Ren) patients that meet the standard at random by the research methods of random and Contrast randomly. The trial group and the control group each have45. The trial group use the method of oraling the Traditional Chinese Medicine which is called Danzhixiaoyaosan,and supplemented by Emotional therapy. And the control group only use the method of oraling Danzhixiaoyaosan.Each group using the medicine a week before menstruation and the course of treatment are three months. Observe the clinical therapeytic efficacy and side effects when referral. After one course of treatment, statistics the therapeytic efficacy, make a statistical analysis, and judge the efficacy.Results:After three months treating.the overall comparison of the two groups therapeytic efficacy are as follows:The trial group with43,22are cured (51.16%),14have remarkable effect(32.56%),6are effective(13.95%),1with no effect(2.32%). total effective rate97.67%; the control group with43,12are cured (28.57%),18have remarkable effect (42.86%),10are effective(23.81%),2with no effect(4.76%). total effective rate95.24%.The total effective rates of the two groups have significant differences (P=0.03<0.05). Thus, the trial group are more effective than the control group on the treating method.After three months treatment.the comparison of the Symptom scores of the two groups indicates that they have significant differences (P<0.05). Thus, the trial group are more effective than the control group on improvement of symptoms. Side effects:each group has no side effects.Conclusion:The test indicates that the good effect on treating the acne(the unbalance of Chong and Ren) of the trial group and control group without any apparent side effects.Thus. the trial group are more effective than the control group on the treating method.After three months treatment,the comparison of the Symptom scores of the two groups indicates that they have significant differences (P<0.05). Thus, the trial group are more effective than the control group on improvement of symptoms. Side effects:each group has no side effects.
