| ã€Objective】To investigate the relationship and pathogenesy between chlamydia trachomatisand mycoplasma urealytium in tubal pregnancy(TP), a new effective prophylaxis and auseful treatment strategy will be provided.ã€Materials and Methods】Sixty women with TP had been diagnosed by surgery, who consented to participatein this study. Forty having ligation, hysterectomy, adnexectomy or salpingectomy willbe control group. Cervical secretions and DNA between chlamydia trachomatis andmycoplasma urealytium will be detective,besides both antibody in serum.ã€Results】1. There were tight correlation between pelvic inflammation and tubalpregnancy,also cervicitis,if The experimental group and control group had othergynecologic disease,like pelvic inflammation, cervicitis, infertility,operative in thecavity, culture.2. The experimental group and control group had significant deviation amongCT-DNA masccline in cervical secretions, CT-Ab in serum and CT-DNA in samples(P<0.05, P<0.01).3. The experimental group and control group had significant deviation amongUU-DNA masccline in cervical secretions, UU-Ab in serum and UU-DNA in samples(P<0.01).4. Tubal pregnancy had correlation between both DNA positive betweenchlamydia trachomatis and mycoplasma urealytium,also both Ab positive in serumboth of them. ã€Conclusions】There were tight correlation between positive detective both chlamydia trachomatisand mycoplasma urealytium and TP. |
