Objective:To analyze the risk factors of lower limbs deep venous thrombosis at home and abroad and prepare a set of the evaluation form of risk factors in hospitalized patients with lower limbs deep vein thrombosis through Delphi Method and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP for short). The evaluation form is simple, feasible and in line with china’s national conditions and can quantitatively value and score the potential patients of lower limbs deep venous thrombosis, which provides the reference for the prevention of lower limbs deep vein thrombosis in clinical department. Methods:The data was analyzed, compared, synthesized through literature search.which provided the basis for the choice of indicator and preliminarily forms the initial form of13one level dangerous factor indicators and69two level dangerous factor indicators of the patients’ diseases, ages, symptoms, physical signs and blood coagulation indicator.Delphi Method was adopted in this study,22clinical experts in the fields of bone surgery and vascular surgery were chosen to do the first round consultation. The mean of each risk factors indicators was calculated and those indicators whose mean was less than three (not very important or unimportant indicators) were abandoned. The expert opinions were integrated toform3one level dangerous factor indicators and42two level dangerous factor indicators. There was no additional project in the second round of consultation. During this round, the mean was also calculated, discard the mean<3.0. the coefficient of variation>0.3indicators. Some indicators were not collected in the medical record, so4two level indicators were abandoned. Weight of each indicator and combined weight were calculated through the way of Analytical Hierarchy Process. Moreover, certain marks were given so that the evaluation form norms of risk factors in hospitalized patients with lower limbs deep vein thrombosis were built. Results:The evaluation form with3one level dangerous factor indicators and21two level dangerous factor indicators were built through two-round expert consultation. Weight of each indicator and combined weight were calculated through the way of Analytical Hierarchy Process and certain marks were given and integrative scoring:less than or equal belongs to low risk;2-3belongs to risk; greater than or equal four belongs to high risk. Conclusion:Through the scientific research methods, the evaluation form of risk factors with lower limbs deep vein thrombosis is valuable and worth being learnt, which provides a reference for the prevention of lower limbs deep vein thrombosis in the clinical departments.
