| SubjectTo study the effect of the serum inflammation factors CRP, IL-6, IL-8and bloodcoagulation factor FIB in patients with acute deep vein thrombosis of lower limbshappened in the course of generation and development, to analyze the relationshipbetween inflammation and coagulation in the development of deep vein thrombosis.MethodsChose30DVT patients treated in the department of vascular surgery in the firstaffiliated hospital of Anhui medical university during April2011to July2011.InclusionCriteria:(1) all of the patients were diagnosed by the color doppler ultrasound;(2)thecourse of disease were within7d;(3)voluntarily. Exclusion criteria:(1)the course ofdisease were more than7d;(2)Patients with Cardiac Cerebral And VascularDiseases;(3)Patients with liver and kidney and other organs impairment;(4)Patientswith inflammation in the near future;(5)Patients with the malignant tumor andconnective tissue disease. Lower limb DVT patients diagnosed are treated with200000IU urokinase intravenous drip for5d, and at the same time gived low molecular heparinsodium3000IU subcutaneous injection (2times/d), antiplatelet drug aspirin100mgoral (1/d),5d for one period of treatment. Venous blood of all patients is extracted inthe first day of admission and at the end of a course treatment;15healthy cases arerandomly selected from medical center (control group), and their venous blood gotextracted. After centrifugal and cryopreservation for all of the blood, radiation immune method is used to detect IL-6, IL-8level; Particle-enhanced turbid metric immunoassay(PETIA) used to measure CRP level; Automatic analyser used to determine FIBconcentration.Results1.The mean levels of inflammatory factor CRP,IL-6,IL-8and blood coagulation factorFIB in DVT group are significantly higher than those in the control group:[CRP,(64.85±38.46):(1.31±0.78)(mg/l);IL-6,(130.06±54.44):(96.14±10.95)(pg/m1);IL-8,(0.687±0.162):(0.445±0.079)(ng/m1);FIB,(4.52±1.48):(3.16±0.48)(g/l)],P is respectively less than0.01.2.The mean levels of inflammatory factor CRP,IL-6,IL-8and blood coagulation factorFIB after treatment are all lower than before treatment in DVT group:[CRP,(31.38±17.46):(64.85±38.46)(mg/l);IL-6,(102.72±18.60):(130.06±54.44)(pg/m1);IL-8,(0.583±0.152):(0.687±0.162)(ng/m1);FIB,(3.78±1.36):(4.52±1.48)(g/l)], P is muchsmaller than0.01.3.The mean levels of inflammatory factor CRP,IL-6,IL-8after treatment in DVT groupare still higher than those in the control group:[CRP,(31.38±17.46):(1.31±0.78)(mg/l); IL-6,(102.72±18.60):(96.14±10.95)(pg/m1);IL-8,(0.583±0.152):(0.445±0.079)(ng/m1)], P is respectively less than0.05.4.FIB is closely correlated with the CRP, IL-6and IL-8in DVT group, the correlationcoefficient are0.396(p <0.05),0.476(p<0.05) and0.413(p<0.05).Conclusions1. Inflammatory factor CRP, IL-6, IL-8and blood coagulation factor FIB were closelyrelated to DVT, and the level of serum inflammatory factor can be used as monitoringindicators of DVT occurrence and development.2. Inflammatory factor CRP, IL-6, IL-8and blood coagulation factor FIB level reducedbut still not decrease to normal level after the therapy, which indicate that inflammatory factor plays an important role in the course of development.3. FIB is respectively correlated with the CRP, IL-6and IL-8in DVT group, whichsuggest that inflammatory factor interacts with blood coagulation factor in the originand development processing of the DVT, and inflammatory factor plays as coagutantrole by influencing clotting factors. |
