The Drug Treating Efficacy Of79Cases In Patients With Lower Limbs Of Deep Vein Thrombosis

Objective:Deep vein thrombosis is a clinical common and frequently-occurring disease. Urokinse and fibrinogenase are common used drugs in thrombolytic therapy. This study analyse the clinical data of79patients with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis.We compared the clinical effect of using urokinse and fibrinogenase and discussed the causes and treatment opportunity in treatment of deep vein thrombosis and so on.Methods:We reviewed and anaylsed the clinical data of79patients with deep vein thrombosis who were treated in our department. According to the condition of drugs used,79cases were divided into two group.44cases were treated with urokinse and35cases were treated with fibrinogenase.Daily measurement of limb circumference and investigated and analysed the coagulation blood tests, D-dimer,Blood routine examination.Results:After statistics we found surgery, cesarean delivery and abortion are common cause of deep venous thrombosis, but there are also a significant number of patients with no obvious cause. By use of statistic analysis, we got the result that the therapeutic efficacy of deep vein thrombosis is concerned with the disease-course. The shorter disease-course, the better therapeutic effect is.Urokinse and fibrinogenase were significant difference in clinical effect (P>0.05). Fibrinogenase has lower rate of complication such as bleeding and low fiber protein in treating with deep vein thrombosis (P<0.05).Conclusion:The earlier patients get adapted therapy, the better they will recover with thrombolytic theraphy. There are obvious differences between the two drugs in thrombolysis effect. The curative effect of urokinase is obviously better than the effect of deep vein thrombosis. In clinic, fibrinogenase has lower rate of complication such as bleeding and low fiber protein in treating with deep vein thrombosis and was safer than urokinase.
