Chitosan is the most important derivative of chitin, widely found in the shrimp, crabs, insects, animal and plant, is very rich in nature, the preparation method is simple, inexpensive. High density chitosan can achieve weight loss, lowering blood pressure, the purpose of lowering blood pressure, is widely used in the health care products and pharmaceutical additives; Water-soluble chitosan is soluble in water, better absorption, moisturizing, antibacterial function, applicable to fields such as cosmetics, food, water treatment, fruit and vegetable preservation, pharmaceutical preparations, dyeing sewage; Chitosan have cosmetic chitosan,flocculant chitosan, tobacco chitosan, agriculture, feed, bait chitosan. Chitosan has a non-toxic, anti-oxidation, bio-degradable, antigenicity, biocompatibility, etc. Are considered to be the most promising material one in translational medicine applied to the skin tissue.First, we take advantage of the laboratory has been established in animal models, using the technology to detect various chitosan dressing hemostatic properties of the rat abdominal surgery.
