Clinical Research Of Jianpi Qingre Huashi Decoction In The Treat Of Helicobacter Pylori Positive Chronic Non-atrophic Gastritis Of Spleen-deficiency And Dampness-heat Syndrome

Objective:To investigate the Clinical Curative effect of Jianpi Qingre Huashi Decoction in the treat of Helicobacter Pylori Positive Chronic Non-atrophic Gastritis of Spleen-deficiency and Dampness-heat Syndrome.Methods:60Chronic Non-atrophic Gastritis patients with the Helicobacter Pylori Positive of Spleen-deficiency and Dampness-heat Syndrome were divided randomly into treatment group and control group.The30patients of treatment group were given Jianpi Qingre Huashi Decoction, and4weeks are around for a course of treatment.The30patients of control group were given western medicine(omeprazole and clarithromycin and amoxicillin), and2weeks are around for a course of treatment. After treatment to analysis for the determinantion of the Hp eradication, and to compare the two groups of the clinical curative effectResults:1.The treatment group of recent clinical effect was86.7%, and the control group of clinical effect was80%, there was no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05). The treatment group of long-term effect was93.3%, and the control group of long-term effect was70%, there was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.01). 2. The recent effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndromes in treatment group is86.7%, which was83.3%in control group, the statistical analysis was no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05).The long-term effect of TCM syndromes was96.7%,which was73.3%in the control group, there was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.01), the treatment group was more better than the control group in the aspect of TCM syndromes integral.3The control group of the Helicobacter Pylori eradication rate was73.3%, and the treatment group Was63.3%, there was no distinct difference between them (P <0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Qingre Huashi Decoction group and The Conventional Westerm Medicine group can improve symptoms of patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis,and eradicate the Helicobacter Pylori.The improvement of the long-term effect, the overall effect and other aspects of traditional Chinesemedicine decoction group is better than theconventional western medicine group.Jianpi Qingre Huashi Decoction have a certain effect in the treatment of Helicobacter Pylori Positive Chronic Non-atrophic Gastritis of Spleen-deficiency and Dampness-heat Syndrome.
