The Clinical Research Of Qingre Huashi Decotion To Treat Chronic Atrophic Gastritis With Erosion Of Dampness-heat Syndrome In Spleen And Stomach

Objective : The objective of this thesis is to observe the clinical effect of Qingre Huashi granules in treating chronic atrophic gastritis with erosion,and explore the mechanism of clearing away heat and removing dampness.These will provide a reference for clinical treatment.Method:80 patients who suffered spleen stomach damp heat syndrome of chronic atrophic gastritis with erosion were divided into two groups randomly,each group has 40 patients.The treatment group was treated with Qingre Huashi granules and the control group was treated with Almagate Suspension.After 4 weeks treatment,gastroscope,pathology,symptoms and comprehensive effect were observed and compared between two groups.SPSS20.0 software was used to statistical analysis of all data.Results:1.The total clinical effectiveness of the treatment group is 88.9%,obviously better than that of control group 75.0%(P < 0.05).2.Compared with their own before and after treatment,the two groups after treatment can effectively improve the patients' TCM symptoms and histopathological scores,which showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05).3.Comparing the two groups after treatment of TCM symptoms and pathological scores,which showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05).In other words,the Qingre Huashi granules group was better than that of Almagate suspension group.4.The two groups in the gastric erosion extent before treatment showed no statistical difference(P>0.05).The symptoms of the two groups were improved after treatment,which showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05).In other words,the Qingre Huashi granules group were significantly better than those of the Almagate suspension group.5.During the treatment,no obvious adverse reaction was found in both groups.Blood,urine,stool,liver and kidney function,ECG were tested before and after the treatment,and not obvious abnormal was found.The two drugs used in both groups can treat CAG with non-toxic side effects and high safety.No statistical significance(P>0.05)of the safety data.Conclusion:The Qingre Huashi granules has obvious curative effect in treating chronic atrophic gastritis,the total efficiency was higher than the Almagate Suspension in improving epigastric pain,expansion,burning pain,bad breath and other symptoms,as well as in aspects of gastroscope,pathology,the comprehensive curative effect,with no obvious adverse reaction.
