Clinical Research On The Curative Effect Of Jianpi Qingre Huashi Decoction For Spleen-stomach Damp-heat Syndrome Of Helicobacter Pylori-related Chronic Non-atrophic Gastritis

Objective: Combining Jiangpi Qingre Huashi decoction with the triple therapy curepatients of spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome of Helicobacter pylori-related chronicnon-atrophic gastritis. Our objective is to prove whether Chronic non-atrophic gastritiscan effectively improve the eradication rate of Helicobacter Pylori,and whether the useof Jiangpi Qingre Huashi decoction can reduce serum levels of IL-8.Method：Select60patients who are diagnosed Helicobacter pylori-related chronicnon-atrophic gastritis and their syndrome are spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome.Theyare all come from the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui College of Traditional ChineseMedicine from January,2013to December,2013.The patients were divided into twogroups by random number of table.One of the group is treatment group(Jiangpi Qingre Huashi decoction,rabeprazole,amoxicillin, clarithromycin)and the othergroup is control group(rabeprazole,amoxicillin,caratadriamycin).We do research abouttwo groups for14days.Before treatment and one month after the end of treatmentdiscontinuation, we check endoscopy, pathology,the detection of Hp as well as liver andkidney function, blood, urine and stool,ECG.Result：Clinical symptoms:The treatment group,s therapeutic effect of clinical symptoms(upperabdominal pain, bloating, acid reflux, belching, anorexia) are better than controlgroup(P <0.05).Efficacy of gastroscopy:The cure rate, markedly effective, efficient, inefficient of thetreatment group are36.33%,46.67,6.67%,3.33%respectively;but the control group are16.67%，36.67%，33.33%，13.33%.Although the difference in the efficacy ofgastroscopy between treatment group and the control group does not have statisticalsignificance (P>0.05),the overall effective rate of the treatment group is96.67%which is higher than control group(86.67%).Histological improvement effect of inflammation:The cure rate, markedly effective,efficient, inefficient of the treatment group are20.00%，43.33%，30.00%,6.67%,respectively;as well as the control group are20.00%，20.00%，40.00%，30.00%,respectively.Compared with the control group, the improvement of histologicalinflammation of treatment group is better than control group (P <0.05).Eradication rate of Hp:The Hp eradication rate of treatment group (93.3%)is higherthan that of control group(70%). The difference between the two groups is statisticalsignificance (P <0.05)Comparison of serum IL-8levels:Differences of serum IL-8levels between treatmentand control groups before treatment was not statistically significant (P>0.05);Beforeand after treatment, the difference of serum levels of IL-8is statistically significant(P<0.01)in the two groups;After treatment,serum IL-8level of treatment group is lowerthan the control group,s,the difference is statistical significant (P <0.01).60patients are graded according to the degree of H. pylori infection.Serum IL-8levels,with H.pylori infection aggravated, continue to rise,the difference was statisticallysignificant (P <0.01).The safety comparison: In treatment group,we haven’t found adverse reactions.But theControl group has two cases of bloating, one case of nausea,two cases of diarrhea.Thereviews of indicators in two groups are normal.The overall occurrence of adverse eventsin the control group was16.67%.There is statistical significance in the incidence ofadverse reactions of two groups (P <0.05).This situation indicates that Jiangpi QingreHuashi decoction has a better security.Conclusion：Combining Jiangpi Qingre Huashi decoction with the triple therapy cure patients ofspleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome of H.pylori-related chronic non-atrophicgastritis,this method can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and mucosal inflammation levels in patients, and it can also improve the eradication rate of tripletherapy group.The decoction can reduce the level of IL-8which is conducive toimprove inflammation. And serum IL-8level would continue to rise with the situationthat Helicobacter pylori infection aggravate.When we use triple therapy to eradicateH.pylori, combining with Jiangpi Qingre Huashi decoction can reduce the incidence ofadverse reactions.This therapeutic is worth to deeply apply in the clinical practice.
