ObiectiverStudy on of the relationship among the changes of the level of Regulatory T cells (Treg), interleukin6(IL-6),interleukin10(IL-10),B lymphocyte activation index (CD19+CD69+) and apoptosis rate (AV)in peripheral blood with Excessive Noxious Heat Syndrome and the changes of the level of those on the impact of patients with Lupus Nephritis(LN).Methods:1.Select active and remission phases in60LN patients,To test the levels of CD19+CD69+in peripheral blood, AV and Treg by using flow cytometric3-color labeled method. To test the levels of IL-6, IL-10in peripheral blood by using CBA flow type protein analysis system.2. According to the standard of syndrome differentiation, the selected LN patients are divided into Excessive Noxious Heat Syndrome group and group of Syndrome of Liver and Kidney Yin Deficiency, the above index respectively statistics of the detection results and statistical analysis.Results:1.①The level of Treg of patients with active LN is lower than it in remission stage and normal group(P<0.01);Treg in remission compared with the normal group the differences were not statistically significant;②The levels of CD19+CD69+, AV in Activity stage and remission stage are marked increased as compared with normal group (P<0.01);③The levels of CD19+CD69+, AV, IL-10, IL-6in Activity stage is marked increased as compared with remission stage(P<0.01).2.①Activity Index(SLEDAI)of patients with LN and ds-DN A, AV, IL-10, IL-6are positively correlated and negatively correlated with Treg (P<0.01); and without correlation to the level of CD19+CD69+;②There is no significant correlation among Treg, CD19+CD69+and AV, but Treg is negatively correlated with IL-10and IL-6(P<0.05);③The levels of IL-6and ds-DNA, CD19+CD69+, AV, IL-10are positively correlated;④IL-10and ds-DNA, AV are positively correlated, and there is no significant correlation between CD19+CD69+;⑤The levels of AV and CD19+CD69+are positively correlated(P<0.01).3.①The levels of CD19+CD69+, AV of Excessive Noxious Heat Syndrome are marked increased as compared with normal group (P<0.01); The level of Treg of the type negatively correlated with normal group, there are significant differences (P<0.01);②The levels of CD19+CD69+, AV of Syndrome of Liver and Kidney Yin Deficiency are marked increased as compared with normal group (P<0.01); The level of Treg of the type negatively correlated with normal group, but there are not significant differences;③The levels of CD19+CD69+, AV, IL-10of Excessive Noxious Heat Syndrome are marked increased as compared with Syndrome of Liver and Kidney Yin Deficiency group (P<0.01); The level of Treg of the type negatively correlated with Syndrome of Liver and Kidney Yin Deficiency group, there are significant differences (P<0.01).Conclusions:1.The changes with Treg, B lymphocyte activation and apoptosis rate, IL-6, IL-10in peripheral blood of LN patients can be used as lupus nephritis activity index.2.The differences between Excessive Noxious Heat Syndrome type and he internal heat due to Syndrome of Liver and Kidney Yin Deficiency in the levels of Treg, IL-6, IL-10,B lymphocyte activation index and apoptosis rate which can explain that the decreased level of peripheral blood’s Treg and the increased levelsof B lymphocyte activation, apoptosis rate, IL-6and IL-10may be seen intrinsic factor in LN patients with Excessive Noxious Heat syndrome type.
