| Objection:This study aimed to compare PPH(procedure for prolapsed hemorrhoid) co-mbined with external hemorrhoids excision to Milligan-Morgan surgery for treating the ring mixed hemorrhoids in the efficacy,the postoperative complication and the pelvic floor surface electromyography,and to explore PPH combined with external hemorrhoid-s excision in curative effect, the postoperative complications and anal function protecti-on advantages.Methods:The thirty patients met inclusion criteria were divided into the A group (15c-ases) and B group (15cases) using a random number table.In the A group, the method of operation by using PPH combined with external hemorrhoids excision.The B group was treated with the Milligan-Morgan surgery. We observe the following projects res-pectively in postoperative day:hematochezia,edema,pain,cacation and healing time;and in preoperative day1and postoperative3months for two groups of patients with pelvic floor surface electromyography test.The results using SPSS16.0data analysis system f-or statistical analysis.Results:1.The total effective rate of the two groups was both100%.2.The A group(P PH combined with external hemorrhoids excision) has the advantages of less pain,less edema and less hematochezia for treating the ring mixed hemorrhoids,at the same time it can shorten the healing time.3.The A group(PPH combined with external hemorrh-oids excision) can protect the anal function better.Conclusion:Through the comparison of the efficacy,the postoperative complication and the pelvic floor surface electromyography between PPH combined with external hemor-rhoids excision and Milligan-Morgan surgery for treating the ring mixed hemorrhoids, two kinds of surgical treatment can cure the ring mixed hemorrhoids,however,PPH co-mbined with external hemorrhoids excision has the advantages of less pain,less edema, less hematochezi,at the same time it can it can shorten the healing time and protect t-he anal function better. |
