| Objective:Through comparative study, to explore the clinical values,which Ruiyun Procedure for Hemorrhoids(RPH) combined with Milligan-Morgan Hemorrhoidectomy(MMH) cured II and III degree of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:80 patients which met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 40 cases. Patients of treatment group were treated with RPH combined MMH,whill patients of control group were treated with MMH.Compared the observation variants of two groups which in the operation and postoperation and so on, then analyzed the results using statistical software SPSS 19.0. Results:Before treatment, two groups of patients with general information analyzed by the T test and X2 test, P>0.05, no significant difference between the two groups of data?it was comparable. After the treatment, in the observation variants of two groups of patients,the operative time and postoperative dysuria and anal margin of edema and wound healing time and anal sensory function and anal continence function and anorectal stenosis, anal pain on the operation day and th first defecation, P<0.05, statistically significant difference between the two groups, indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group.But anal pain during the first week, postoperative bleeding, P> 0.05, there were no significant difference between the two groups.The cure rate after the first month,3 months and 6 months of follow-up, P>0.05, there were no statistical difference between the two group. There were no serious adverse reactions which occurred in the two groups.Conclusion:The procedure of RPH combined MMH was worth of clinical application,because it was simple,exact curative effect, few complications and sequelae, safe and reliable method. |
