The topic in the case of Sarcandra glabra, studies the content of the main chemical components in different regions and different medicinal parts. Besides, research the anti-inflammatory analgesic and antioxidant activity, in order to reveal the content of the main chemical components impact on theirs efficacy. This thesis is composed of five parts, each part of the main contents are as follow:1. The common mode of the HPLC characteristic chromatographic profile was set up. There were20common peaks, seven of which were identified. Combined with principal component analysis, the results could be concluded that the first principal component represented most of the peaks of organic acids and fiavonoids, third principal component was a reflection of the coumarin.2. To develop an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of seven main constituents including fumaric acid, neochlorogenic acid, chlorogenic acid, cryptochlorogenin acid, isofraxidin, astilbin, rosmarinic acid in the plant of Sarcandra glabra. The results showed that there was a large difference content of seven main constituents. Determination of different medicinal parts results show that several phenolic acids content in the leaves of the largest, but isofraxidin content of the root was the largest. The principal component analysis, the first principal component of organic acids and flavonoids, but isofraxidin attributable to the second principal component alone. According to the system cluster analysis results,46samples from different habitats were classified into four groups3. GC-MS analysis of chemical constituents of volatile oil from roots stems and leaves of Sarcandrae glabra. And found that there was many differences of different medicinal parts of volatile oil components. Fifty-two components of volatile oil were identified from different parts of Sarcandra glabra. Thirty-three, forty-one and thirty-nine compounds from the roots, stems, and leaves of Sarcandrae glabra were identified, accounted for83.99%,83.85%,93.32%of total essential oil, respectively, of which twenty-four were same, while twenty-eight were different. The research of the further development of the use of Sarcandrae glabra resources, explore the comprehensive utilization provide experimental basis.4. To study the action of Sarcandrae glabra in different production areas on the model of acute inflammation and zcetic acid in mice. The results show that Sarcandrae glabra in different production areas produced a certain anti-inflammatory analgesic activity, in which decoction from Sanyuanyanqian had the best anti-inflammatory analgesic effect, followed by decoction from Longyanliancheng and Quanzhouyongchun. The anti-inflammatory analgesic activity of Sarcandrae glabra in different origin are different.5. The models of DPPH, ABTS were used to evaluate the antioxidant activity of the decoction from Sarcandrae glabra, neochlorogenic acid, chlorogenic acid, cryptochlorogenin acid, isofraxidin, astilbin, rosmarinic acid. The results show that the different origin of Sarcandrae glabra and six known components have a strong antioxidant activity in vitro, but there were some differences. The correlation analysis results shows that the antioxidant activity and the content of total phenols, flavonoids decoction from Sarcandrae glabra in different origin showed a significant positive correlation, especially with total, flavonoids.
