Objective:Through the observation of influence on blood rheology and D-dimer in the blood and two coagulation such (PT,APTT) and the total drainage volume after artificial knee joint replacement surgery, this paper investigates the clinical efficacy of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Ligustrazine Injection on prevention artificial knee joint replacement surgery of deep vein thrombosis.Methods:Select58patients with knee osteoarthritis in the Fuzhou General Hospital of Nanjing Military Region orthopedic as an object of study from December2011to December2012. Using randomized control methods, according to admission order were divided into the treatment group and the control group, all the29cases, surgery methods and other postoperative treatment are the same. The treatment group received intravenous drip of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Ligustrazine Injection combined with subcutaneous low molecular weight heparin after6hours once daily for10consecutive days. The control group alone received subcutaneous low molecular weight heparin like the time of the treatment group. By observing the postoperative total drainage volume, detection preoperative and postoperative of blood rheology, D-dimer and two coagulation such (PT, APTT),statistics the number of cases of DVT, the measured data were analyzed using statistical software SPSS17.0.Results:1、Between the two groups before surgery, whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index, D-dimer and two coagulation such (PT, APTT) aspects statistically have no difference (p>0.05). Between the two groups at the tenth day after surgery, whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index and D-dimer statistically have difference (p<0.05);two coagulation such (PT, APTT) aspects statistically have no difference (p>0.05).2、The first, sixth and tenth postoperative day compared with the preoperative in the same group, whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index, D-dimer and two coagulation such (PT, APTT) aspects statistically have difference in the treatment group and the control group (p<0.05).3、The comparison between the total drainage volume of the two groups statistically has difference (p>0.05). 4、The comparison of the two groups the incidence of DVT statistically has difference (p <0.05).Conclusion:Salvia Miltiorrhiza Ligustrazine Injection combined with low-molecular-weight heparin and only low-molecular-weight heparin can reduce blood viscosity to prevent of deep vein thrombosis after total knee arthroplasty. Salvia Miltiorrhiza Ligustrazine Injection combined with low-molecular-weight heparin is more effective than only low molecular weight heparin.
