Clinical Observation On Treating AP With Tongchangqingyitang And Salvia Miltiorrhiza Ligustrazine Injection

Objective:This clinical observation is mainly used on Tongchang Qingyitang and Salvia Miltiorrhiza Ligustrazine Injection treatment of acute pancreatitis(relieving real hot junction certificate)of the patients.Observe and record in the process of patients in the treatment of main symptoms,specific biochemical index and the average hospitalization time,and compared with western medicine treatment control group.Compare between the two groups of patients before and after treatment clinical curative effect and main symptoms of change,in order to objectively evaluate the effect and and discuss on the mechanism of the Tongchang Qingyitangand Salvia Miltiorrhiza Ligustrazine Injection.Method:Collecting in January 2014-December 2015 88 cases from Spleen and Stomach Department in Hubei Province Hospital of TCM(Optical Valley School District)hospitalized patients with acute pancreatitis(relieving real hot junction certificate),they have not obvious difference in their age,sex and disease duration.They are randomly divided into TCM group and Western medicine group,in which Chinese medicine treatment group 44 cases on the basis of the western medicine control group plus with Tongchang Qingyitang : Rhubarb(decoct later)20g,Magnolia 20 g,Glauber’s salt(blunt)20g,Immature Bitter Orange 20 g,Radix Paeoniae Rubra 20 g,Dandelion 20 g,Wild chrysanthemum 20 g,Coptis chinensis 20 g,Scutellaria Baicalensis 20 g,Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata 20 g.Daily l agent decoction juice 400 ml,take 50 ml,drinking or stomach tube filling into twice a day;take 150 ml,for retention enema administered twice daily;intravenous drip salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine injection,1 times a day,100 ml each time.Western medicine control group 44 cases,are using conventional western medicine treatment,including temporarily fasting,gastrointestinal decompression,liquid supplement,correct acid-base imbalance and electrolyte disturbance,inhibit pancreatic secretion,inhibition of gastric acid,inhibit the pancreatic enzyme activity,anti-infection and nutrition support symptomatic treatment,but do not offer any TCM treatment.Stop using other drugs affect curative effect during treatment.After data collection use SPSS22.0 statistical analysis.Result: 1.The clinical efficacy of the control situation: Chinese medicine treatment group 6 cases are cured,19 cases have marked effect,15 cases effective,4 cases not effective,the treatment group the total efficiency of 90.91%.Western medicine control group 3 cases are cured,14 cases are markedly effective,effective 18 cases,9 no effect,the total effective rate is 72.7%.Checked by Χ~2,P < 0.05,there is a significant difference,indicating that the treatment group is better than the control group.2.The two groups before and after treatment in patients with abdominal pain recovery time control,P < 0.05,all have significant differences.Abdominal distension recovery time between the two groups after treatment,P < 0.05,the difference is statistically significant.Before and after treatment in the two groups for the first time defecation time,P < 0.05,significant differences;The treatment group is better than the control group.3.Days before and after treatment in the two groups of blood amylase recovery,P < 0.05,have significant differences.Restore days compared before and after treatment in the two groups of blood lipase,P < 0.05,have significant differences;The treatment group is better than the control group.4.Group of white blood cell count a couple of days before and after treatment,P < 0.05,have significant differences.Two groups of neutrophil percentage recovery days before and after the treatment,P < 0.05,have significant differences.Two groups of c-reactive protein recovery days before and after the treatment,P < 0.05,have significant differences;The treatment group is better than the control group.5.Two sets of CT score before treatment,P > 0.05,no significant difference;Of the two groups after treatment CT score comparison group P < 0.05,significant differences;The treatment group is better than the control group.6.During the period of treatment,two groups of patients do not occurre adverse reaction.Conclusion:In the treatment of acute pancreatitis(relieving real hot junction)on two groups all have apparent curative effect,and the Chinese medicine treatment group advantage is more obvious.In the treatment of relieving heat knot of patients with acute pancreatitis on Tongchang Qingyitang and salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine injection has obvious curative effect,and is superior to conventional western medicine treatment,particularly in the abdominal pain relief,recovery stool excretion and lower blood amylase,reducing white blood cells,improving pancreatic necrosis and inflammation compared with western medicine advantages.
