| Diabetes is a kind of endocrine metabolic disease which is seriouslydamage human health,in recent years, as people life rhythm speeding up,the pressure increases, bad eating habit,aging populations, and geneticfactors, make a sharp rise in the incidence of diabetes, type2diabetesmellitus accounts for over90%of the total number of diabetes, diabeticnephropathy which is caused is one of the important microvascularcomplications, resulting in patients with end-stage kidney failure to bringserious adverse consequences, poses a great waste of medical resources tothe society. At present, oxidative stress in the pathogenesis of diabeticnephropathy is caughting the attention of more and more people, lookingfor effective antioxidative treatment methods has been the focus ofbroad scholars, research reports the antioxidative thioredoxin and itsinhibitors “thioredoxin interacting protein†have different serum contentsbetween the diabetic patients and control group, and expression oftwo cytokines in renal tissue of diabetic nephropathy model have beenchanged, to examine the serum change trend of the two cytokines indiabetic nephropathy patients, the patients with type2diabetes weredivided into groups according to the high sensitivity urine tracealbumin/creatinine (ACR), to provide new way for prevention andtreatment of diabetes nephropathy.Objective: To investigate thioredoxin(Trx) and thioredoxininteracting protein(Txnip)changes and their significance of type2diabetic nephropathy patients in different stages.Methods:To divide96type2diabetes patients(DM group) into three subgroups according to ratio of urinary albumin and creatinine(ACR):normal ACR (<30mg/g, A group),microalbunminuria group(30-300mg/g,B group),macroalbunminuria group (>300mg/g,Cgroup).To test the level of serum Trx, Txnip of23normal persons (Dgroup) and96type2diabetes patients.Results:1.the Trx level of A,B,Cgroup were highly significantlower than DM group(P<0.01), the Txnip level of A,B,Cgroup weresignificant higher than D group(P<0.05);Two factors level between Band C group has no significant difference(P>0.05), Trx level of C groupwas significant higher than that of A and B group, the Txnip level of Cgroup was significant lower than that of A and B group,2.therelationship beteen Trx and ACR was positive in DM group (r=0.706,P<0.001),the relatiaoship beteen Txnip and ACR was negative in DMgroup (r=-0.607, P<0.001).Conclusinon: Trx, Txnip may anticipate the onset and developmentof DN,and may be sensitive facters of DN.Testing and regulate theirexpreesion may offer an new direction for the diagnasis and treatment ofDN. |
