Backgroud and objective:The full name of asthma is called bronchial asthma, is a chronic airway inflammatorydisease by a variety of cells and cell component involved in.In the susceptibility of theinflammation can cause repeated relapsing gasp,difficulty breathing, chest distress orsymptoms such as cough, this kind of symptom accompanied by a higher reactivity ofairway to a variety of stimulating factor, is a serious hazard to human health of commondiseases.According to the world health organization reports "asthma on human healthdamage and economic burden more than the sum of the tuberculosis and AIDS.Because ofthe ecological environment pollution of continuously increase, asthma morbidity andmortality is increased trend year by year.At present the world have asthma patients150million~200million people, rather than all over Russia’s population, and the number iscontinue to increase each year, died of asthma was more than180000.In our country theasthma incidence is1%~5%, about30million asthma patients.At present, inhaledcorticosteroid (ICS) plus long-acting B2-agonist (LABA) is recommended for first-linetreatment of persistent asthma, but not all patients achieve asthma control. Such patients mayrequire additional therapy.Asthma pathogenesis research suggests: the main characteristics ofasehma is that serum total IgE level and specific IgE level is increased in patients,which is akey link of causing asthma.In view of the IgE in asthma has the central role recent years.Omalizumab is a promising new drug treatment of bronchial asthma,because the preparationof anti IgE monoclonal antibody (Omalizumab) Can reduce the number of worsening ofasthma attacks, the dosage of corticosteroids, and the use of safe, little side effects in patientswith asthma, meanwhile tolerance is good.This research will discuss the improvement ofeosinophils, serum TNF-αconcentration, lung function,The level of serum IgE and theinfluence of clinical symptoms by the treatment of anti IgE monoclonal antibody(Omalizumab) with asthma patients. Methods:We designed a prospective study enrolling29patients with asthma between May2009and March2011.Group:1)groups of before Omalizumab therapy:thirty people,male13cases,female16cases,age from15to65years old.2)Asthma treatment group29cases,Allpelple Are patients before treatment and after the use of IgE antibody.Each age, sexconstituent ratio difference was not statistically significant (P>0.5).Between each groupwith blood eosinophils, serum TNF-αconcentration, pulmonary function AQLQ,Daytimesymptom scores,Night symptom scores for its evaluation indicators for comparison.Results:After treatment of asthma patients blood leukocyte respectively of EOS percentage(3.96±3.04)%than before treatment (5.27±3.36)%significantly decrease (P <0.05).Theserum TNF-αlevel of after treatment of patients with bronchial asthma(104.823±66.91)pg/ml than before treatment (139.65±88.58)pg/ml is down significantly (P<0.05).The serum total IgE level of after treatment group increase than before treatmentgroup, a statistically significant difference(t=2.081,P<0.05).After treatment FVC and FEV1expected value percentage,FEV1/FVC%comparied before treatment period is increased[(85.90±23.38)%VS(79.08±18.64)%,(58.75±22.77)%VS(50.16±17.83)%,(57.87±10.72)%VS(54.35±11.98)%], the differences were statistically significantrespectively (t=2.069,2.948, P <0.05).Before treatment AQLQ score (108.83±21.31)andafter treatment than AQLQ(138.94±16.21), difference have statistical significance(P <0.05).After treatment, the patients day and night symptom scores were reduced, a statisticallysignificant difference (t=12.083,3.177, P <0.05)Conclusion:Resistance to IgE monoclonal antibody (Omalizumab) treatment can reduce the bodythe expression of inflammatory mediators,can reduce asthma patients in acute attack,and canimprove asthma symptoms,the lung function.So it become the new strategy of treatmentasthma in the clinical.
